This should be -5 stars. I counted 5 staff members in the back while the front counter had 6 customers waiting and 4 others waiting on the pick-up counter. Unacceptable, places such as this should be efficient at their peak hours.

World's worst service! I stood at the counter 5 minutes I've girl looked at me and carried on her conversation. Placed my order while standing at the counter on the app. After hearing the conversation between the two employees that her daughter didn't go to school and she had a boil, I go to the pick up area to be told well we didn't see you! No sorry nothing!

Listen, it's a dunkin so the food quality is what it I'd. But the people working at this
location are just solid human beings. Went through the drive thru ordering a coffee and meal and get to the windows to realize I forgot my wallet. They didn't let me go home hungry, and comped the drink and sandwich rather than toss it. I went back later to pay but they said it was already handled. Out here giving the company a solid reputation and treating people with dignity! I'll be spending more money at the dunkin from now on.
Do not go here unless you want a coffee that is made by a crackhead go here. Coffee baristas use to be someone who took pride in what they served. Not here. Every single time it is messed up. Unless James is working then do not go.
