Everytime I go through this specific drive through, there are personal conversations involving inappropriate language- all happening with the window open and no awareness whatsoever. I wish the food made up for the lack in customer service but I’m given coffee cups that are messy and sticky and when I think of they gave me napkins I’m always wrong. Just don’t go here lol

We arrived promptly at 9:30 this morning to pick up a large phone-in coffee order. The order had been placed just the night before and was supposed to be ready at 9:30. When we got there, at first they couldn’t find the order. Then when they found it, it had not even been started. We didn’t leave with the coffee until 10:00 and our party was starting at 10:00 3 miles away! All we got were some apologies, no offer for a discount or any other form of compensation. Won’t be going back

Extremely slow. Stood at the counter for about 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me, waited another 15 minutes for a croissant. Was late to work and everything, they hardly even had any orders to make.

This Dunkin’ was a huge disappointment. The store was completely empty when I walked in, yet it still took forever to get my order. The staff moved so slowly, like they didn’t care at all. When I finally got my drinks, they didn’t even taste good—watery and bitter, nothing like they should. Honestly, with how empty the place was, you’d think they’d at least get the basics right. Definitely not coming back here.

I came here to get the only coffee I always get and I specifically asked for a large hot Caramel Latte with Oat milk (not dairy) and I found out later that evening that they had used dairy 😡because I get sick every time I drink dairy which it was disappointed cause I paid the extra money for it and I didn’t got what I asked for it☹️the thing is that I live an hour from this Dunkin Donut and I couldn’t go back to let them know or asked for a refund. I was just passing by from the beach 🏖️
Me and partner have come here a few times and the cold foam tastes old, they barley put any on our drinks. Coffee tastes off, and they never make it right. They took our orders wrong multiple times. Mostly the “cooks” fault, please fix this.

This should be -5 stars. I counted 5 staff members in the back while the front counter had 6 customers waiting and 4 others waiting on the pick-up counter. Unacceptable, places such as this should be efficient at their peak hours.
