They charged me $.80 for a cup of ice water, despite spending over $20 for breakfast. Seemed a bit odd. Their location is an easy on and off from Route 95. However, their bathrooms need attention. One was out of commission and the other was dirty. My husband waited more than 15 minutes before he could use the men’s restroom and then a man finally came out but the door was still locked, as he was about to inform the staff about the problem, a woman came out of the men’s restroom. I don’t know what kind of ‘club’ they joined while they were both in there, but it made me want to yack 🤮

I received a doordash order at 9:11 a.m. I drove to Dunkin and the order was not ready. I wait and wait and wait I get asked three times what I'm waiting for and it's still not ready. Finally they decide that they will be able to go ahead and look into it at about 9:45 a.m.. they stated that someone had already picked up the order and that they could not make it again. I showed them that I had the order on my phone and I was in communication with the customer that ordered it and finally they decided to make the order. It should not take 40 minutes to get a order. The order was a medium iced coffee. There was no large order there was no reason why they couldn't get this done in a timely manner. I lost out on other orders to make money which pays my bills because Dunkin cannot get their stuff together. I do not recommend this store this is not the first time I've had issues with it service. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!

Frequently out of a lot of items. And if you order using the app or Uber Eats, they have no way to refund you for anything that isn't available. I spent $30 two weeks ago and only received two drinks, still waiting on that refund...

Limited options. Nothing in stock. Seemed like espresso was watered down. No hazelnut. The place was empty so I'm not sure how they ran out of ingredients.

What a disgusting place! Black lady was rude and disrespectful to everyone!! While waiting for the dirty bathroom a family left because of the girl behind the register..when I was our turn to order she indirectly ask us if anyone knows how to use the kiosk ..instead of asking us if we were being helped.. The bathrooms were covers in water and dirty rags and a roll of toilet paper sitting in the baby changing table.no soap in the dispenser. They had the men’s room closed but the gas station mgr use it and use his key to get in while everyone else had to wait for the women’s bathroom .The manager came out with no shoes on with his pants rolled up.how can DD be affiliated with this place ??!!

Please please please remove that stupid self serve kiosk, takes longer than having a person on register. Also bulky and clumsy setup. People are nice and all bit too chatty with each other than getting the food. My order was messed up cause we needed to hear about something that happened last night versus focusing on the order at hand.

I needed a restroom and intended on buying food but after the dirty, graffiti ridden bathroom I decided not to take the chance.
The exterior of the gas station/Dunkin looks inviting.
If the Dunkin restroom is this neglected, I wondered if the cleanliness of the food prep areas was maintained or not so much.
I didn’t add photos because I didn’t want to give more of a voice to the vandalism.

Extremely slow service, customers using a touch screen order system (obviously struggling and not understanding how it works … while a line of other customers were waiting behind them and the employees were just chatting away unconcerned with the delay in service ) and the bathrooms were ABYSMAL!
