I ordered a Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso with an extra shot of espresso today, but what I received was essentially an iced coffee with a hint of oat milk and a ton of brown sugar syrup. It tasted nothing like the shaken espresso drink I’ve ordered many times before.
When I brought it up to the staff, they were polite and offered to remake it, which I do appreciate. However, they also told me that this is “how it’s made” and would have prepared it again the exact same way. Unfortunately, I have been ordering this drink at Dunkin’ regularly for sometime now, so I’m very familiar with what it should taste like and how it’s normally prepared. What I was given today was definitely not it.
Spending $7+ on a drink that ends up being mostly sugary iced coffee was disappointing, and it felt like a waste of both money and time. While the employees were courteous, this was honestly one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had when it comes to coffee quality and drink preparation.

I had a bad experience here a couple months ago, and thought I would give them another try, the service was just as bad today as it was then. I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but will never go to this location again.

They charged me $.80 for a cup of ice water, despite spending over $20 for breakfast. Seemed a bit odd. Their location is an easy on and off from Route 95. However, their bathrooms need attention. One was out of commission and the other was dirty. My husband waited more than 15 minutes before he could use the men’s restroom and then a man finally came out but the door was still locked, as he was about to inform the staff about the problem, a woman came out of the men’s restroom. I don’t know what kind of ‘club’ they joined while they were both in there, but it made me want to yack 🤮
I received a doordash order at 9:11 a.m. I drove to Dunkin and the order was not ready. I wait and wait and wait I get asked three times what I'm waiting for and it's still not ready. Finally they decide that they will be able to go ahead and look into it at about 9:45 a.m.. they stated that someone had already picked up the order and that they could not make it again. I showed them that I had the order on my phone and I was in communication with the customer that ordered it and finally they decided to make the order. It should not take 40 minutes to get a order. The order was a medium iced coffee. There was no large order there was no reason why they couldn't get this done in a timely manner. I lost out on other orders to make money which pays my bills because Dunkin cannot get their stuff together. I do not recommend this store this is not the first time I've had issues with it service. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!

Frequently out of a lot of items. And if you order using the app or Uber Eats, they have no way to refund you for anything that isn't available. I spent $30 two weeks ago and only received two drinks, still waiting on that refund...
