Don’t come to this ghetto dunkin. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and they forgot my order and remade it the wrong way. It needs to be replaced and made into a Starbucks or a 7 brew. Prime real estate being wasted!

They can't seem to get an order correct! If you go inside you could be standing there for 5 minutes before anyone even notices. They are always very busy on their phones! They never say hi no matter of you say hi to them. Just plain rude staff

Came in from out of town didn’t want to hold the drive thru up so I made the mobile order waited 2 mins and pulled around to the order window and gave my name was advised my order was still being worked on I said that’s fine pulled around ! Once my order was being handed out the window the lady advised me I needed to allow 10 mins before coming to the window in the most rudest way possible. I’ve never been advised to do any that at any other store in any state I’ve visited. I’ll make sure to never return here when I’m visiting family again .

Although I enjoy the refresher as a student and they are delicious, the customer service was horrible I brought in a $50 bill to pay in cash and the worker was very rude. Instead of just saying "we don't take $50 bills at the moment" the worker rudely said with a mean look and rude tone "go next door and get a smaller bill be don't take anything above twenties" also it may not seem rude, you should have seen the way she spoke to me and my middle school friend

If I could give a 0 star review I would. My wife and I live within walking distance to this store for over 2 years now. We've been extremely disappointed in ever chance we given them. They have a serious problem with checking if the orders are complete or prepare properly. The customer service is lacking as well whenever I have to bring these things to their attention. Mobile orders, drive thru or inside, they have let me down. DO NOT GIVE THIS DUNKIN YOUR MONEY!!!

Had to repeat a simple 2 coffee order 3 different times. Got it wrong and the cups were stained with spilled coffee. No ones paying attention.

Missed half the order, And these apps #UberEats don’t want to always replace the funds. ?? what got me is when I called the store just to let them be aware of the problem, ? the nonchalant attitude was very disappointing. Some people are disabled, and rely on these orders, but it should be just Customer Service on both parties.
