The coffee is made great during the week but on the weekends it's horrible, it's like they don't know how to listen or read. The coffee always taste burnt on the weekends, the person that makes the drinks on the weekends just doesn't care or doesn't know what their doin and should find a diff job

Daughter and I stopped by on our way home. We were craving some Dunkin. When my daughter tried to get a bagel with cream cheese the worker abruptly said we don't have it. So my daughter asked for something else and again with rude snappy attitude and again was told we don't have it. I understand if you ran out but try being nice about it instead of rude. Worker should also be wearing a hair net. Not coming back to this Dunkin.

The night girls are extremely polite and pleasant to go when they are working but on the other hand the young man that works there needs to learn customer service skills not pleasant at all!!

Horrible customer service! The staff were nasty. I came back because items from my order were missing, and instead of receiving helpful and polite service, I was laughed at.
I’ve been to this Dunkin' many times before (I would consider myself a regular), and now I will NOT be returning! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Don’t come to this ghetto dunkin. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and they forgot my order and remade it the wrong way. It needs to be replaced and made into a Starbucks or a 7 brew. Prime real estate being wasted!
They can't seem to get an order correct! If you go inside you could be standing there for 5 minutes before anyone even notices. They are always very busy on their phones! They never say hi no matter of you say hi to them. Just plain rude staff

Came in from out of town didn’t want to hold the drive thru up so I made the mobile order waited 2 mins and pulled around to the order window and gave my name was advised my order was still being worked on I said that’s fine pulled around ! Once my order was being handed out the window the lady advised me I needed to allow 10 mins before coming to the window in the most rudest way possible. I’ve never been advised to do any that at any other store in any state I’ve visited. I’ll make sure to never return here when I’m visiting family again .

Although I enjoy the refresher as a student and they are delicious, the customer service was horrible I brought in a $50 bill to pay in cash and the worker was very rude. Instead of just saying "we don't take $50 bills at the moment" the worker rudely said with a mean look and rude tone "go next door and get a smaller bill be don't take anything above twenties" also it may not seem rude, you should have seen the way she spoke to me and my middle school friend
