Usually I get decent service and a good sub. Today, not so much. I ordered via the app (which is NOT very user friendly). I used points...my sub was free. But when I got it home, there was no ham or provolone on it! Nothing but tomato, lettuce and mayo. Oops!! C'mon, guys...pay attention.

I have visited this location several times. The food is always good. It is a little irritating they don't bother to ask if you're part of their rewards program while checking out the majority of the time. That has kinda prompted my lack of return. Otherwise we've never had a problem with the food, always tasty.

Their food is always great, but their prices are frickin' ridiculous! $14.00 for the LEAST EXPENSIVE footlong sub is commercial rape. The prices have increased nearly 100% since before the pandemic. A $7 sub is now $14... Subway and Jimmy John's increased less than 60% in the same time frame!!
