We have been to Frankie's numerous times and have had great wings. We always order triple crispy (that is their extra crispy). Went tonight and had the worst visit ever. Ordered triple crispy, came out rubbery, let the waitress know, manager Liz came to our table very rude..."what's wrong with the wings" told her they weren't done... "I will take them" and walked away. An hour and 45 minutes by the time we had left. The 2nd batch were not extra crispy either. Who eats rubbery wings??? But the topper was the nasty customer service from the "Manager Liz".

This is your average sports bar type of vibe. The food was decent, but I wouldn't make it a point to come back. Our waitress was super nice and checked on us regularly and kept our drinks filled. The wings were good, the fries were cooked well and not greasy. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. It had good flavor but it was a bit dry to what I am used to. All in all- 3/5 stars from me.

Owners running a scam. Flip employees OFTEN. mini wings. Over priced. Sams club brand bottled sauces. Cut corners to save money. Unsanitary.

I really love the food at Frankie's but I don't love the prices! The "Call Frankie" sauce is my absolute favorite wing sauce around. I am disappointed by the prices because I ordered 8 boneless wings and curly fries and it cost me $20! That would have easily been $10 anywhere else for that portion. It's good and I wish Frankie's all the best, don't get me wrong. Just hope they will reconsider the prices. And maybe some live music or karaoke to liven the place up would be nice!

New place, clean, has a nice bar and kids arcade room. Wait staff is good and attentive. Food? Terrible. Glad we came here but definitely will not be coming back. Wife got a salad that was fuzzy and covered in mold, fries are straight out of the Cisco bag and undercooked (almost raw centers) and wings had great sauces but most were incredibly small. Even the boneless were about the size of a quarter. Much much better places elsewhere in town

Quick service by a lovely Server called Katy. Good choice of menu. My husband had the burger, which he said tasted how a burger should be, thick with a charcoal flavour. I chose the Coconut Shrimp with Waffle cut sweet potato fries. Both were delicious and I could actually taste the coconut. Sadly live in the UK, but if we returned to the area we would definitely visit again.

FOOD POISONING from this restaurant. I called to notify the place that I had become violently immediately after eating there. Spoke with two girls who claimed to be managers but didn't introduce themselves. They dismissed my claim which is to be expected. She had no interest in the information I tried to give her and even suggested that I got FOOD POISONING from my child. Whom she probably heard in the background. Be weary. DON'T EAT HERE!

Frankie's wings..sucks plain and simple, terrible service even when the restaurant was dead, my wife and my meals were switched and when we told the waitress about it she just laughed and said yea that happens sometimes and didn't offer to change or fix them or anything so needless to say my wife couldn't eat her wings due to sauce being way to hot..55$ for two wing baskets and an appetizer and piss poor service..will not be going back

Their sauces and rubs are really good. They've got 9 levels of heat so you have a lot of choices when it comes to hot sauces. Standard American fare and a nice assortment of beers in bottles and on tap. Waittresses were attentive and courteous.

The food was decent, prices were OK. Waitstaff was attentive.Out of chips and Cole slaw!?!The main floors were dirty. No paper towels in the restroom. Lacked any decernible atmosphere. The booth were jammed together. Tables were better. Lots of flatscreens.

Frankie’s always has the sweetest wait staff and cooks. Always friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food is so good. Great for a game day, a family trip, or just a spoil yourself lunch. The boneless baskets are to die for and I love the selection of sauces! Thanks Frankie’s!

We went there on a Saturday night. There was 6 people in the place. We ordered 2 side ceaser salads and 10 mild wings. Took a long time to get our food. Salad came with the wings. Wings had no flavor at all. Not even salt. My husband asked for another beer and she took his non empty glass with her to refill. Needless to say we will not return. Not worth the money. 20 wings 32.79? Lol
