Arguably the worst dining experience i have ever had. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review. I usually just don't go back. The fact that my food was cold, there was a hair in my mother's meal and her meal was ice cold was enough for me to say I won't come back. On top of that, it took 15 minutes to take our order....for drinks. At some point you have to realize changes have to be made to the work dynamics of a restaurant. It was uncleanly as well. Dust all over the railing and the tables were sticky. Please don't go here.

We were staying at the hotel to which the IHOP is attached, so we got several meals there (one sitdown, several takeout). On the night of the sitdown meal, there was only one server on duty. Kudos to Chloe. She did an excellent job despite the challenges. She was pleasant and attentive although only she and the chef were on duty and there were several tables occupied. Kudos also to the chef who would come out and buss tables to help out. The takeout meals were fine. Most of the staff we encountered over a three-day period were pleasant and friendly. The only issue was the long wait to be seated or have my takeout order taken. This happened on each visit and sometimes I wondered if I was invisible.

She served us with a smile and good service. Most employee who works in this establishment only care about tip or a paycheck. Sure we have customer who rude sometimes and if you entertain their rudeness with an attitude you probably loose your job, right! So keep up the good work!

The food was good, but the grits were a little runny. All in all, breakfast was pretty good. Our server was pleasant, friendly, helpful and very competent. We left her a nice $10 tip for 2 people because it's Christmas and she seemed to be happy to help us.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have to use a walker and had no problem getting in or with seating.

Went in to have a nice breakfast with my husband and ended up leaving due to the staff and extremely rude customers. Had people waiting while tables were open, did not come to front counter to even speak with us to seat us, people just cut right in front of you as soon as they walk in. If I could give negative stars I definitely would.
