This place was absolutely ridiculous I pulled in to get lunch for my family and I and noticed there were two employees sitting outside the door waiting to clock in for work because there was no management to open one gentleman had been there already for three hours!! I really hope you are giving these employees a raise because I would’ve left!! I can understand somebody running late, but by almost 4 hours is outrageous! I am A current fast food manager, and never in my life have I seen something like this. Smh. And to not even have the courtesy to call these employees and let them know what is going on it’s just as crazy as not showing up and then everybody wonders why good employees are hard to come by! Do better.

Quite possibly the worst KFC chicken I have ever had. The 8 piece “tenders” were anything but tender. They were way over cooked, rubbery and cold! I also got a pot pie which was undercooked and cold. Really terrible. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

It’s a Christmas Eve tradition for my family to get KFC, going on 10 years now. This location is now the closest restaurant, I can see now why so many are closing down. The website shows them closing at 5pm. I place an order on the app at 3:30 and I show up at 3:55 to pick it up. When I get there I’m told that they don’t have any of the food I ordered. I was told they stopped making food at 3:30pm so they can clean the fryers and at that time they just sell the food that’s left until they close. Meanwhile, employees are stuffing bags with food. I ordered through the app and they told me they can’t cancel the order, I have to get a refund from the corporate office. While sitting in the car trying to figure out where to get dinner, an employee comes out the back door with a very large bag full of food and gets in his car to go home for the day. There are plenty of other places to eat in Titusville, skip this one.

The lady taking the orders is very impatient as well as rude. Don't you dare try to ask her a question, she has know time for that. Poor, poor service. She needs a lot more customer service training or maybe a new job. Save your money and skip this place.

This place is not really designed to be an eat-in restaurant. But they have a couple of chairs and a bar against one wall. We went in there and ordered, the food was prepared quickly and the two people that were working there were nice
Food was wrong, soggy, and disgusting. I don’t know why I subject myself to this place anymore. The previous 2 visits they didn’t even have chicken breast available. At 5 o’clock on a Friday?? If you can’t do chicken right take it out of your damn name!

I placed my order(it was a decent size) and in less than 10 minutes later, it was ready. Everything was hot, fresh and the order was CORRECT! Thanks for making my evening a little easier. Lord knows I needed that after the long day I’ve had ! I will keep this in mind and order next time we have a late sports game and are needing a quick dinner option.

Picked up a large order here today for a family gathering. (November 2025). Order was ready for pick up exactly at the promised time and was complete and tasted just like we expected KFC to taste. We have no complaints at all and were pleased with the customer service.

I think the food inspector needs to visit this place, fries and chicken nuggets tasted very off. I’ve never seen my kids not eat chicken nuggets… first time for everything. I couldn’t stand even the fries
