awful. boyfriend waited over an hour in the drive thru when no other customers were there. it’s literally not even 3 pm yet. got the entire order wrong and didn’t even give him drinks. every employee and manager working there should be ashamed. this is completely unacceptable.

Tried to do an online order here got to the store after placing the order and the young lady working night shift by her self said the store is closed mind you the whole building was lit and on and kfc still took my order somehow im not happy customer and would like a refund

I am very disappointed. I have been in the service industry for years and I don't care to eat out much because I feel people do not appreciate their jobs. Especially in the food industry 😔 So I placed my order on my kfc app around 9 or so. Which haven't ate at in years because of the service. But I was surprised it went through because I wasn't sure what time the restaurant closed. About twenty minutes app said my order was ready. Well it wasn't. I guess there was a hold on biscuits then by the time it got to my order I was then waiting on nuggets. Told was going to get extra but only got what already came with my order. I did ask for a soda and was given for my wait but I just couldn't believe the service that was given. I mean it's Friday night of course you should expect to be busy. I think my biggest disappointment is that this is a brand new facility and no one appreciates they even work there. The floor needs deck scrubbed nightly, equipment should be wiped down daily and so forth. Just very disappointed.

I haven’t had any fried chicken in quite a while so I decided to try KFC in Titusville. I ordered some thighs and because everyone is cheaping on the thighs, I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised that the thighs were a nice size. I also ordered the hot and spicy wings, while the wings had a good spice to them, it was obvious to me they had been sitting around for hours because they were incredibly dry. And they were also incredibly tiny, like it came from a bird That was a couple of months old. KFC has some nerve charging 7.+ dollars for six wings when there was actually meat enough for maybe three wings. I won’t be ordering those again. Not sure I’ll be going back to that restaurant anymore.

Very rude young girl didn’t take my order while I ordered at speaker as I arrived to the drive up window she rudely asked me for my order, the mgr came to the window to also be rude and inform me that it would be 7 minutes for white meat while I waited for my food as well as 3 other cars waiting, just like last week when I came much longer than 7 minutes. This is a Chicken fast food without white meat and tons of cats waiting in front of the place waiting for their food to be brought out to you. Kinda ironic that it’s called “fast food” rude slow and horrible service!

I just went last night I made a order online they accepted it and all I get there they tell Me it’s no chicken mind you it’s only 9:15-9:30 then he say oh well it’s only 4 pieces on the bone and sides you ordered 8 and ion have tenders he wouldn’t give me the food and process a refund for what I didn’t get then turned and refused service all around when I confronted him with the facts of the matter and yes I was a little upset but I have kids to feed and was out that 20$ now they won’t even refund me because he put in the system my order was picked i know they deal with a lot but don’t take it out on the people who come and pay and have a full load as well never know who ready to snap about there last ! Especially as a manager you set the tone

The people that work here are very nice. Very respectful as well. The food was fresh and hot. The food tasted way better here than any other location I’ve ever been to. Place was nice and clean.
