I haven’t had any fried chicken in quite a while so I decided to try KFC in Titusville. I ordered some thighs and because everyone is cheaping on the thighs, I wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised that the thighs were a nice size. I also ordered the hot and spicy wings, while the wings had a good spice to them, it was obvious to me they had been sitting around for hours because they were incredibly dry. And they were also incredibly tiny, like it came from a bird That was a couple of months old. KFC has some nerve charging 7.+ dollars for six wings when there was actually meat enough for maybe three wings. I won’t be ordering those again. Not sure I’ll be going back to that restaurant anymore.

Had to pull up and wait for food about 5 min. The guy that brought it out just said here, no thank you, nothing. Where have manners gone? The food was hot, but the chicken was super soggy. Also 29$ for an 8 piece family meal, getting pretty expensive

My grandson was really wanting mashed potatoes and gravy so we stopped by realizing in the past there had been bad reviews, but I have to tell you the nicest thing that any fast food restaurant has ever done for me was the cook came out to let me know my sandwich was taking a little bit longer because I ordered A fried chicken sandwich to me that was a showstopper how nice that was I cannot tell you and the food was delicious. The food was great. My sandwich was fresh and hot when we got home my grandson loved his mashed potatoes and gravy and we got some little strawberry pies that were absolutely tasty. Thank you so much and again I would recommend this Possibly might be under new management I don’t know but they were so friendly and nice and I just can’t tell you how much that meant it was worth the wait for the food

Seriously 10 cars parked from the drive thru waiting over 20 minutes for food. This place is a joke. The customer service is horrible. I had to repeat my order 4 times in the drive thru. I should have just went in and got my money back.

Don't like the lack of customer service. Food it not fresh and you can go down the street to the new buffet and get order to go. No waiting ever and cheaper.
I went here expecting service and all I see is this stupid Kiosk. They don't even look at you when you walk in. This is not for me. I can go right down the street to a buffet and get better chicken at a better price. Goodnight KFC I didn't bother ordering.

The 2.8 rating doesnt lie, it's honestly too high. Had a pick up order and when I arrived the lady said she was bagging it up. I wait aabout 5 min someone else walks in and she tells em shes bagging up their food and that I am just waiting on the chicken and it should be a second longer. after waiting there another 10 min i ask what the eta is on the chicken and she tells me 11 min now... Since I was already there for 15 min and she told me it would be a second I asked why she lied to me about the time and of course she gets mad and starts yelling at me. I didnt wanna wait any longer and didnt trust her not to mess with my food. So I lost out on a shit load of time and money.
