How does this place stay open?? Literally the last two times when I got food we sat in the drive through over 30 minutes. No cars ahead of us, and still got cold food. Today, again, only car. The lady says right a way, just to let you know it will be 30 minutes before we can do any burgers. We drove off.. literally no one is there. Why I’ll it take 30 minutes?? I think they just don’t want to work here honestly.

I ordered online mobile order and did not even get half my food. The fries had so much salt on them we through them away. Thanks for not doing anything right on my order. Fries only had half bag each. Missed my hot dogs. So disappointed

The staff is usually preoccupied, making the diner feel as if they're bothering them. The food is sub-par: for example I've ordered their Chili Pups the last three times I visited, and the tiny amount of chili added was found outside the hot dog on the bottom of the container. It's for sentimental reasons I visit at all. Unfortunate.
