Ordered the 4 cheese crystal & chili cheese fried combo for $12, which is already atrocious, but then I get home and the fries have no chili or cheese... They also forgot the pickles and mustard on the 4 crystals.
I drove an extra 20 minutes back up there just to get chili & cheese on the fries. When I got there they told me because it's a moble order they wouldn't do anything about it. I have to click missed item and get a refund. Told them I just wanted my chili cheese fixed. They said I would have to order them again.... Even though I'm just trying to get what I already paid for 😤
So I wasted another 20 minutes driving up there a 1nd time. I still didn't get the food I ordered in the first place. Also nowhere on the app is there a missed item button to get a refund, like I was told. I only found a complaint form I can fill out which I definitely will be.

Great Little burgers. I love this place and my mom did too. She always would drive 27 miles Just to get Krystal and she passed away and I was out that way so I stopped to get some myself

I will never ever go back to this restaurant I had to wait 20 minutes for a cold burgers. I got my order and I dumped it in the garbage. It was horrible. I spent almost $24 for two combos. So disappointing.
This is the most horrible food in the fast food industry. The burgers taste like old musty onions. I'm surprised this fast food chain is still open because the food is sooo horrible. Make sure you have a toothbrush & mouthwash with peroxide to get rid of this nasty taste from the burgers out of your mouth. YUCK!!!!

This was my first time ever trying Krystal and it was awesome! I got a LOT of food for my money and it was all prepared hot and fresh. The person who helped me was very kind. I was greeted at the speaker and the employee gave me recommendations for items to try. Great experience and I will definitely be back!

I don't like to complain but when prices are on the rise and I feel like I got ripped off - this is where we land. Almost $5 for a milkshake that was 1.5 inches below the top of the cup. A pitiful looking dessert. I hadn't been to Krystal in years due to locations, now I'm not sure I will ever be back.

I like their fast food, but over the past few years the service has just been going downhill. I used to come here very often, maybe 5 years ago.. one day, while eating in the restaurant, a worker started yelling and throwing things and quit on the spot. At the time I didn't think anything of it, but ever since then, for some reason the customer service has gone downhill, wait times have gone up, the inside seems a bit dirtier, people don't really eat inside anymore, and the food is still the same, but the service hasn't been so good these past few years. I hate leaving a negative review, because I genuinely like their food, and this is the only Krystals anywhere close by. I really hope the quality improves at some point, I can't see myself sitting inside for breakfast anymore, which I used to enjoy.
If I were to recommend one menu item, it would be the chili cheese fries.
I feel like this location might just be understaffed. Fast food places need to do better and hire more workers. It's not okay, honestly.
