La Miramba is the best in Brevard in my opinion. I go to the one in Rockledge regularly but was able to try this location for the first time. The food is a little bit different but similar and also very good. The people that work there are very nice as well

We had a work group function with about 20 people here at this location. We got there at 11:00 for lunch and the room they put us in had no air conditioning!!!
It took 25 minutes to get a iced tea and about 40 minutes to finally get the food. Very slow service in a hot hot restaurant. It was so hot they literally open the doors to try to get some air that was fresh from outside yet hot! Food was just okay. I got the shrimp ceviche. The same dish in the other sister location in Rockledge is way better. Bigger and more shrimp with a good slice of avocado. Rockledge location is so much better! Refills for iced tea you had to let them know and beg for more service was definitely lacking. I will never go back to this location. They actually should have seated us outside in The Veranda where it was cooler with a breeze then in the stale hot room we were in. Last time I will be here.

Excellent food and service. Has both inside and outside seating. Also a full bar.
I would classify the menu as Mexican and Cuban fusion. We visited several times while in town to try a variety of items. No surprise that everything was delicious.
Love love loved the fried plantains!
Servings were very large and sides seem more for sharing.
It would be nice if they had half orders for the nachos and the side dishes. Lots left to box.

Took my daughter here for dinner tonight. Started off with the chicken taquitos. Full of fresh hot chicken and more than enough to share! For dinner we shared the carnitas. Again MORE than enough for one person. The pork was cooked just right. Super flavorful and the perfect amount of crisp on the edges. I had the frozen house margarita. Perfect! Our server Jessica was the best! Very attentive and talked with us making us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back very soon. We were treated as family... not just another customer. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

Mixed experience at La Marimba that started very poorly but was ultimately salvaged by one attentive staff member.
The Good: The food quality was solid - well-prepared and tasty. When we finally received our order, we were pleased with what arrived at the table.
The Bad: The service was absolutely terrible for the majority of our visit. We sat for over 20 minutes without even receiving water, which is inexcusable. Multiple wait staff walked by our table repeatedly and completely ignored us, acting as if we were invisible. It was frustrating to watch tables around us being served and then clearing out while we continued to be overlooked.
The Save: Fortunately, Anna noticed our situation and stepped in to provide the service we should have received from the start. Her attention and professionalism prevented this from being a one-star experience.
Bottom Line: While the food is decent, the inconsistent service is a major concern. If you go, hope you get Anna as your server. The restaurant has potential but needs serious improvement in training their wait staff to acknowledge and serve ALL customers promptly.

I tried the place out a couple of weeks back and it was great! The service was great and the food was excellent. I talked highly of it to all of my friends and family. The second time I went the service wasn’t any good but the food was still great. I recently went this past week and that was the last I’m going to go for a while if I do go back. I walked in the door and I was yelled at by this lady from across the room “pick up “ ! I was like no , eating in. So she didn’t and doesn’t say how are you today or anything. I just felt like it was a Chinese fast food restaurant or something by the way she acted. She sat me and was my server as well. I knew what I wanted already and I told her my drink and she didn’t give me a chance to say anything else she just ran away. When she got back I told everything I wanted . But then she was running all over the place and grabs my drink goes to the bar outside to refill it and gave it to me and ran away again. The soda was watered down and had that fruity flavor. When she finally came back again I told her that it tastes bad and wasn’t like the original she gave me. She shrugs shoulders and says “ it the same thing out there as it is in here” no sorry about that or I’ll get you a better one. Tells me that she is just going to put it in a to go cup in which I never asked for. I was like damn I guess she wants me to leave because she gave me the crappy drink. I was going to stay and get a dessert because they are really good. When she brings me the drink in the to go cup she leaves the check and runs away. So I waited like ten or fifteen minutes and finally went up to the front desk to pay. The drink was gone already at this point. I gave the cash to a different waitress who finds and gives it to her. Then I waited another 5 to 10 minutes to get my change. I’ve never seen that Asian lady in there before but she killed it for me. I like to relax and enjoy my food and environment and the experience especially if I’m spending 50 to 100$.
