Couldn't here Guy at the speaker. Once we got to the window he was very nice. Verified our order. Order was correct, but window lady, not happy at all.

Ordered the Shamrock shake and fries. Parked in the mobile Ordered area...young lady came out and politely served us at the car. Order was perfect and she made us laugh when she said she puts oreos in her shake....very personable....

At 9 AM, dining room was closed, doors locked. When we finally got an employee‘s attention, we’re told that the dining room is closed because they are short staffed.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and sat at the second window for at least 10 minutes waiting for a double cheeseburger the skinny black guy with the green vest was very rude when I asked about my food they could do a lot better and it was cold when I got it.

Do yourself a favor and drive to us1 or Mims don’t ever go here. They gave me the wrong order, I waited for 10 minutes inside for someone to even acknowledge me and the lady walks in the back throws my receipt away and rips the one off the bag and gives me the same bag. Disgusting.

I am here on a family vacation from Michigan. I came and got $55 worth of food and I asked for all of it to be fresh and when I got home, I was missing nuggets and my snack wraps were too tough to even bite into when I took it back she remade one and told me that I bit out of one so I couldn’t have another one. I don’t know what manager name is because when I asked her to write down her name she said she did not have a pen. I waited in the line for 20 minutes to get the food then I had to come all the way back to get my missing food and then she wanted me to wait another 10 minutes to get a new snack wrap after she told me I couldn’t have one because I bit out of one. I don’t know what kind of customer service you guys have. I want no part of it EVER!!! And one thing I cannot stand about these companies and restaurants is there never willing to help a customer when there’s a problem and there’s problems every day with their food, Employees and managers and everybody always wants to have an attitude with mess up and it’s just terrible because our money paying for your food A collection or at least a consideration should be nice.

I like this location. Ut it is NOT 24 hours and the fricken app doesn't give the hours. I know they close at 1am - about, but not when they open. Frustrating
Nice place not too far off l-95 to get a bite to eat. You can order ahead at a kiosk in the restaurant, drive through or at the counter. If you want the military discount they offer ordering it's probably best to order at the counter or maybe the drive thru. Good food and restaurant is very clean. Plenty of parking but you have to know which way to get into the parking lot as parking faces one way. Good priced food.
Consistently closed after 1am.. all lights are on, 4-5 vehicles in the parking lot. If not closed they only accept cash after 12am. This is kind of suspicious.. and quite frustrating. CORPORATE has been notified, dates have also been recorded as this is so frequent.
