Everytime we order from here we’re missing items. If we order a pancake breakfast , a burrito meal and ASK FOR SAUCE, why is none given? Why is there no syrup if we order pancakes etc. like it’s common sense stuff that takes 5 seconds to add to the order to make it correct.

Icecream and shake machines always broken. Get stuck in line at the drive-through to be told the shake, icecream machines are out of order. Too often, its the excuse.

Typical McDonald's, crazy busy because of the holiday, walked out after about 3 minutes because the line probably had 50 people already in it waiting. Then I figured maybe the drive thru would be a little better but when I went back outside the line for that was twice as long as when I went in. I wouldn't recommend this location if you're in a hurry and there's any line.

Posted opening time is 5:30.am
More then half the time doesn't open until 7 am

Fries were cold, gave the staff app code and he didn't apply it. Sprite was out of sprite and tasted like seltzer.

I wish I could give zero across the board! Seems these people don't care that us dashers get penalties for when restaurants mark the food as ready and we still have to wait for it. It makes it look like we're not doing our jobs as a dasher. This is ridiculous! If the food isn't ready why the hell would you mark it ready 10 minutes before you even get to it? Yea it looks good on paper but that's messed up for us. I wish y'all would get it together. Next time I'll be calling corporate or the owner

This place is terrible. They do not acknowledge the customers in the front lobby. They do not even attempt to take care of anybody in the lobby. The only thing they're worried about is drive-thru and you know why because that they time the drive- through as long as they're keeping up with their time in the drive-thru then they're doing good in the whole restaurant and that's not right

Went through the drive-through for breakfast and they have been out of breakfast burritos we drove to a different mcdonalds thinking we would have better luck with different no luck they were also out they need to put out a sign if there is a shortage so we order and get to the window and they are out of sausage when we get to to window so had to cancle the order and stuck in the drive through until the cars in front get their orders very disappointed in service this am.

Worst McD ever. Time to change staff here. Gave them another shot but failed again with order. How hard is to read "no onions" on receipt? Or is it hard to follow simple instructions? Someone from corporate should come and check standards here. Pans are often greasy for hours. Sticky floors.

The LED displays for the menu is broken and should be fixed. Burger patties were burnt, the fries tasted and looked fresh. Service was great.

CORPORATE FIX THE MENU BOARDS
Couldn’t read menu, the lovely cashier read it to us so we could order. Great customer service!
