Terrible service!!! Left food out to get cold and then put it back under heat lamp while they failed to make a pizza. Poorly run.

$65 for some mediocre food and not enough chairs to even sit down. The counter staff were cordial, at least.

Moon Rock Cafe is such a fun and cozy spot! The vibe is really relaxed, and it’s a great place to grab a coffee or a snack while taking a break. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.

I tried one of their drinks and it was delicious; perfectly made and really enjoyable. The cafe has a nice little atmosphere where you can sit, chat with friends, or just chill and watch the world go by. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the area!

We don't understand the bad reviews. The chicken tenders, fries, and salad are good, like regular fast food. The brownie is great!

For a bite to eat some of my family ate lunch at the Moon Rock Cafe. There are grab and go meals as well as chicken tenders, burgers, fries and sandwiches, refills are free unlike Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe.

6/7/25. They have an allerge menu on the counter located after the order kiosks. However, there is no way to make notes on orders so if you have any serious allergies don't eat here. There are a few options and honestly they're all typical American and not tasty. It will fill your stomach and leave you unsatisfied. Not for hunger but for lack of taste.

More space than taste

The only thing astronomical here is the price. Moon Rock Café feels more like a space station mess hall after the supply run got delayed.

Very limited selection, and the burger? Let’s just say it looked like it crash-landed. Dry, bland, and strangely… squishy. Not exactly a meal worthy of NASA legends.

If you’re fueling up for a lunar mission, maybe pack rations instead.

The worst burger in the entire galaxy. Made without love, not warm, and expensive.
An experience you should avoid.

As a vegetarian I'm very upset with the veg burger. The patty looked exactly like the steak and it tasted unappetising. Moreover it was just bun and patty, they did not even add some pickles or even mayo. The atmosphere was unclean and there was trash around the drinks dispenser and sauce counter.A very kind request to The Moon Rock Cafe at Kennedy space center for more options for vegetarians and more appitising patties of maybe potatoes or peas and a cleaner atmosphere.

While being at Apollo/Saturn V Center we went ahead and decided to grab a bite at the Moon Rock Cafe. The order process is nice in the sense that you get to pick what you want on the ordering screen/terminal without rushing. Food came out fairly quick. However the taste and quality was really sub-par. If you are not very hungry, I would recommend skipping this place.

This entire cafe should be placed on the next space rocket and powered off this earth! The food delivery system is appalling, hot food left to go cold pass, huge queues, and the fresh toppings bar is placed right be the external doors where every bit of bacterial hazard has an opportunity to enter.. A terrible experience. Kennedy Space Center, you can do better!

Worst restaurant to ever exist. I was here for a rocket launch viewing of a falcon 9. The launch was postponed from 11.27 to about 2.10. So we had some time to kill. At 1.29 we went and put Our order of some large Fries in and wait. There are about 100 people inside the Shop. I look at Our order number, which is 362 and not one order ist being made. When finally a number is called out, i hear 180. It goes on for about five minutes before the number calling stops once again. I then leave to not miss the launch (the order numbers are now at 220 something). I watch the launch and return. That's about 30 minutes later. The order numbers are now at 260. We want to explore the Rest of the KSC and return after 1,5h wait for Our food to it by bus. I just gave up and gifted Our Fries to someone waiting.
The staff is slow and there aren't enough to Deal with the shear Masses of people.

We waited for more than two hours and after we finally got our food there was no salad left in the salad bar to put on our burger. Unbelievable!!!!

After waiting for over 1.5 hours, we gave away our order because we still had 60 orders in front of us and didn't want to wait any longer. Food is ready there, but they can't manage to distribute it quickly.
