I had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlyn at Panda Express, and she was an absolute star! Her patience and kindness made my experience truly enjoyable. I was feeling indecisive, but she walked me through every option with a smile, ensuring I got exactly what I wanted (which turned out to be almost everything!). Her customer service was top-notch, and her positive attitude was contagious.
What impressed me even more was when I tried to tip her for her excellent service—she graciously let me know that Panda Express doesn’t accept tips, only donations to charity. While I admire the company’s charitable efforts, employees like Kaitlyn deserve to be recognized and rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Panda Express, take note—you have a gem in Kaitlyn!
I’ll definitely be back, not just for the great food but for the exceptional service she provided. Thank you, Kaitlyn!

The last three times I’ve gone up there and ordered takeout, the employees switch in the middle of making my plates and the order always end up wrong and missing an item unfortunately.

Very slow even with a full staff and customer service 2 out of 10
There are at list 10 people in front of me and the girl at the counter just kept doing the online orders. It looked like two or three online and then one customer. When o got to the front I made a comment about the fact that if you have that much orders online you should add another person so your line move faster. Big mistake, my food portion became so little. It is ridiculous that you can make a comment and don’t get punished for it. Picture is of a double order of teriyaki chicken.

CORPORATE !!! Attention !!! MANAGER!!
Horrible horrible horrible !!
Line was out the door WHY?
First, I have to say this is not the first time this happened for every one customer that walks into their door. They do four orders from people who placed their orders online and then when it’s your turn, their food is not available. There was no lo mein. There was no potstickers. They gave us the ending portion of the teriyaki chicken and on top of that because my husband said something they gave us less food. How is this acceptable? Where is the manager running this business and if there is a manager that was present they’re not doing their job. We will be calling corporate in the morning because our food was disgusting. Not to mention low portions and leftover hard pieces of chicken !!! This is not a disgruntled customer, but if you’re going to charge the money, you charge make a way 25 minutes online While you cater to those orders that are coming in online while we at least went there in person to pick up our food and we treated like garbage enough is enough do something about it

i usually have a decent experience but today when i went for a pickup order, i didn’t get my pickup order finished until 16 minutes past my pickup time. i got a kids meal, bowl, and 2 drinks. Kasper spent more time talking to a cook than engaging with customers (literally spoke to her co workers while customers were ordering and asking for stuff)
i sat there for sixteen minutes before getting up and asking where my food is and it was sitting under the warmer unfinished. Kasper grabbed the kids meal, put orange chicken in it, and then handed it to me. the order was missing soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and apple crisps so i had to wait until she was done talking to her co workers to finish my order. another gentleman was asking for soy sauce/teriyaki sauce and she started talking about how she’s going to the laundry mat while not even looking at the guy. unprofessional and i’m pissed off i had to wait in a slow restaurant for as little food as i ordered. if it was busy, this review wouldn’t have been a thing. but it was blatant laziness and obnoxious. plus, other online orders were finished before mine and stayed there by the time i left.

The location has been updated slightly since my last time in. But today I swung in for what some would call a late lunch around 230 and the customer service and food was outstanding!
I have visited here ever few months since they opened years ago and I have to say this visit the food tasted its best!

My order was ready on time. My order was accurate....My fried rice / Kung panda bowl was the right size for me. Egg rolls very small. It's not the finest Chinese food around. 3 stars.

Love the orange chicken and lomien. Only thing I can criticize is how long it takes to finally get your food. Other than that its good food.

The food looked like it was sitting under the glass for awhile. There weren't many customers and employees were just talking amongst themselves. I ended up leaving. Again the food looked old. It says 1 to 10 dollars. There was no place for zero dollars.
