We were looking for Cajun food and thought we would try paradise grill. We went late not realizing they closed at 7:00 p.m. we walked in a couple of minutes after 7:00, when we realized our mistake we apologized and started to leave. The chef came up and said we should stay. Every one was helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, the andouille melt was just as advertised, just the right heat. We will be going back often.
Food was great but dining room is miserably hot. Fix the AC issue and place would be packed. Sister restaurant next door was worse. Room is packed with too much junk and clutter. Made the already tiny place claustrophobic. Also sweltering hot. Hostess was all sweaty. Had to leave.
Not bad for a new establishment. The first time I tried to come here, they weren’t anywhere near closing time yet, but one guy was packing up a vehicle and said business was slow so they closed early. This time I got to try their food and it was pretty good.I had the Gumbo and shared some Fried Green Tomatoes with my husband.
