Boy pizza hut sure isn't like it used to, it's really gone to shit, hardly any sauce on the pizza not as much toppings on the meat lovers and supreme, Little Ceasers is better

TODAY (11/1/25) @ about 2:45-3p I went to THIS location for a Door Dash order. I don't know who that lady was in there but y'all should get her some therapy or help or something because how are you mad that I'm verifying an order and snap at me? She was already mad that I asked about the order being marked ready and I was just sitting there with no order.

As an Uber delivery driver, I often gain a unique perspective of how much a restaurant really cares about their customers, and the service they provide. Although I didn't eat at this particular pizza hut, I was still able to experience the true caring nature of the staff working last night. An order came in right before closing time, and I didn't get there until the doors were locked, and the workers ready to go home. Much to my surprise, he still came and opened the doors to let me in, and left the warmers on to ensure good quality of products being served. Sometimes it's the littlest things like that, which make an establishment worth paying g patronage to.

ordered 2 personal pan puzzas at 1120 a.m. for pickup at 1145...said ok. got there 1140 a.m. said NO ORDER ready for me. told them I JUST ordered...come to find out they put my irder in for 1145 P.M!!!!! duh!!!! they CLOSE at midnight! the lady was not apologetic!! didnt care about THEIR mistake. never again!!!

Pizza Hut has opened a call center in another country and is using Doordash to deliver. Tonight's adventure with ordering took an hour just to order because the app and the call center couldn't process my card. This wonderful store manager had no issues. The driver came but his Doordash app said I didn't pay. It took 20 mins of my food being held hostage and getting cold to resolve the issue. 6 hangry children and 2 frustrated adults were left with old cold nasty pizza. Shame on you Pizza Hut Corporate. SHAME ON YOU! Thank you wonderful Pizza Hut manager for helping to the best of your abilities.

UPDATE! - Not sure all of what has changed, but the pizza I had yesterday was incredible! It blew Dominoes out of the water. The sauce tastes better, the crust tastes better and it all tastes just as good the second day. The order was correct and the drop off was quick and as directed. I will definitely order here again.

Let’s start with the “My Hut Personal Pan” , I absolutely LOVE it! Also Keith you ROCK!!!! Seriously, I have a dairy allergy and Keith told me all the steps he took to ensure there was no cross contamination was so heartwarming and prompted me to eat my food in the car (which I hardly if ever do) I’m usually making the dreaded customer complaint call, but Keith the fact that you were so attentive and although our interaction was somewhat brief you left your pepperoni thumb print right on my heart! I hope you get to see this kudos because you deserve it Keith! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Highly unsatisfied. No issues with the physical delivery. The receipt is correct for the order however the contents of the order is completely
wrong. We have called the restaurant just to be put on hold for 20 minutes twice off of two separate lines. They said they had to “transfer us to someone”. Once we reached a new person, they immediately hung up on us. Called again off of another line, explained we have been on hold for 20 min and hung up on, we got the wrong order, and got hung up on again by “Robert”. He was extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help at all. At this rate we don’t even want replacement items, we just want a refund which is seemingly
impossible since they refuse to answer our calls. Will be disputing the charge.

If there was only a zero star option. Every single time we order here there is an issue. Rather it be missing food, wrong food, or they are just sold out and we are not informed until we get the order. Like tonight the order said it would be ready for pickup in 22 minutes. 40 minutes later of waiting in the lobby I was informed they are sold out of personal pan pizzas. And if you ask for a solution to the issue they act as if there isn’t a way to refund a sold out item or they will tell you they don’t substitute items.

This place isn't that great to be completely honest I'm a doordash or and every time I doordash I have to wait Forever Just to get the order As as today I have Wasted Several hours For several pizzas from here Other Dashers please do not Dash or accept Orders from this place because you were actually For about 15-20 minutes sometimes 30
