AN ANSWERING SERVICE? Lmao are we serious? I get transferred to India and then before you can finish a sentence, they transfer “to the store” that plays a commercial. EIGHT TIMES. $70 and no order. ARE WE SERIOUS? I guess this is my sign to just not order out. I am speechless. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

This place is such a joke. These people have the absolute worst service and to make matters worse they have this ear blasting loud audio commercial screaming in your ear up until someone takes the time to pick up the phone to take your order. In my case I called around 2:30 and some idiot with foreign accent, barely recognizable English, took my order and proceeded to put me on permanent hold. IDIOTS. Then another person ( a woman) starts the process all over again. I explained that I had already given my order. She said, oh that's the answering service... WHAT? Can I take your order! I said, " No you can't because you people will just botch it up". It's no wonder their ratings are 2 stars. First and last time ordering a pizza here. They must be owned by Burger King because they have the same staff. WORTHLESS

Good guys here, I’ve never had any problems but when doing delivery they use doordash because they stopped using regular delivery I don’t know what happened to the dasher but I never got my pizza so I went up in person and the Manager gave me extra food and was very apologetic for it even though it isn’t his fault. Good people and Good food

Employee was very helpful and resourceful regarding the best price for the amount of food I ordered. She researched all deals and gave me the best value for our money. As for the food, it is Pizza Hut. It is the same taste and way of cooking it has been for decades.

Our family orders Pizza Hut from Hopkins Avenue all the time however, last night will be the last.
First, I ordered through the app, I got there and turns out my order was never processed to the store. Maybe a server issue? I was like “it’s fine, I will order it again and just wait.” So I did just that only for them to give us two completely different pizzas than what I ordered. While I waited for my order, I overheard all the other mess ups they had going on. The employees seemed pretty incompetent and unprofessional but I expect nothing less in a City like Titusville because the whole city is a dump. Anyways, we won’t be back and from here on out will only support the local pizza businesses.
Good pizza, right on the chain standard. I tried the pasta bake, and it was good, but not as good as the pizzas.

They have a $6 delivery fee only to not be paying any of their own drivers and have your order delivered through door dash. I have free door dash delivery I could’ve ordered through there if that was the case. Why not have your own drivers bur charge $6 for delivery?
