I had dinner at Brix in Titusville and it was amazing! The place feels cozy and fancy at the same time. But what really made our night special was our server, Jadynn. She knew a lot about the menu and was really quick to help us with anything we needed. She even surprised a kid celebrating her birthday with a special dessert, which was so thoughtful. You don't often see such great food and friendly service together. Brix, with Jadynn's help, is definitely one of the best places to eat in Titusville. You should totally check it out!

Nice brewery with a good atmosphere, good selection of beer, good food all at a reasonable price. My only complaint is the prices for flights. I paid $18 for 5 4 Oz samples. For $18 I could have had 3 pints!!! People are getting punished for trying a few beers before they get a pint. My suggestion is DO NOT GET ANY FLIGHTS, get free samples instead.Dietary restrictions: Several salads available

I love Playalinda Brewing. Their beer is great! The Brix Project is a nice place to go with friends and have a good meal and great drinks.
A group of my friends met forour monthly luncheon today at Brix - our first time there . We had an absolutely horrible male waiter which affected our dining experience. I wish that I had gotten his name but he was so rude and negligent. Soon into our lunch a different waitress took over our table not explaining why but we didn’t care as we were just happy to have someone pleasant waiting on us .Having worked in the service industry for years myself I learned early on that you leave your troubles at the door because your patrons count on you to make their dining experience pleasant and memorable.

The waitress never told us that there was a charge for a taste of their brewed beers. These were half glasses of flight glasses. They charged us $5 apiece. My cousin and I both ordered a reuben sandwich, we both agreed that the shredded corned beef was dry and there was not enough sauce either.
