They were mad at you for walking in and being there. If you are white you get hate and get the stink eye. I should have sued for discrimination against whites I see why they couldn’t keep it running, it was a fairly new

Service was very slow in the drive-thru. Just happen the general manager was behind us when we and a couple of cars behind us didn't want to wait any more they left, but we went in. She was on them like white on rice. 6 people here, why can't you get food out that window? Things rapidly changed. It was most entertaining to see.

Chicken Sandwich was great as usual. Mango lemonade didn’t have hardly any Mango flavor.Service at this location is SLOOOOOOOW. I waited 14 minutes just to be able to place my order. I timed it. When I pulled in to the property there were 2 cars waiting for pickup and 2 waiting to order. I told my wife we would be 30 minutes before we got food and left. I missed by 5 minutes. It took 25 total. I could have almost driven to Merritt Island (Popeyes)and got food.This Titusville location has been painfully slow every time I have been there. I have also had two previous orders goofed up there. Can’t see this location staying open long if this continues.I won’t be back anytime soon.3 strikes should have been enough but I tried again and got same result.I don’t think management pays attention to complaints, I went on their site and complained about this same stuff months ago.

If I could give it a 0, I would. I ordered all white meat and got dark. Ordered original and got half spicy. Called the store and was told they don't have white meat. I won't ever go to this store again!

Drunk and Rowdy

this restaurants opens at 10am and arrived over an hour later at 11:15am and was told they only have spicy chicken. asked when then would have mild/regular and was told, the fryer wasn’t up. when asked when it would be up, response given was “i have no idea” in a rude manor. it’s been over an hour the fryer should be up.. have given multiple chances with same result, small pieces of chicken and rude service.. go elsewhere

The food is ok but I wouldn't trust them to get you a drink in under 10 minutes. And even better one of the morons had used my card that I left in the drive thru to go and buy themselves $150 in gas at the Cumberland down the road. Safe to say Popeyes if Titusville is a hostile environment.

I've been waiting in line for about 12 minutes. I was originally at the Drive Thru for about 8 minutes and didn't get a response. I see about 3 people working and they need help. Whoever runs this place needs new management.

Everything we wanted they did not have and it was not 1:00 pm in the afternoon yet. Food was tempered not really fresh. Service was average. Did not feel it was worth the money spent.

I just left there grabbing a 8 piece plus sides for over 35$..well I get home and there's only 7 God damn pieces for my 8 piece and the one missing is a God damn Brest, I tried to call and no answer, but they are loud and having a good ol time in there laughing talking and being very late w the meal that I just won't enjoy, fire them all and the asst managers, start new with a new crew, mofo probably eating my chicken breast right now , hope ya choke on it

This place has been closed inside for a while and when you pull up to the speaker to order no one says anything for a bit until you say something a few times . At the window they didn’t have much chicken left she said and they were short staffed. She looked like a manager. I feel bad for them.. they need help bad

This is the second time in 2 years that I have visited this place. The 1st time, it was a 45-minute wait inside. They were "under staffed," although I saw plenty of people in the back. They were "out of everything," although I heard them say they weren't going to drop any more food. They took our order and decided to close up after our order.This 2nd time, I went through the drive-through. Not quite 45 minutes this time. I waited over 20 minutes to get home to open my food, and the sandwich I wanted was not what I ordered. $19 and 20 minutes... I couldn't even get the bacon and cheese put on it. No one answered the phone when I tried to call to get a replacement for next time. 2 strikes, and im done trying.

I ordered two of the 4.99 chicken sandwichs. Took them home and both were extremely tough and over 1 12 in thick and would not stay in the bun. Looks like I got the cheapo meat. Both were too spicy. That explains the one plus star ratings. NeverNever again.

The worker was not friendly at all she treated me very bad.The food their was nasty it was cold , greasy and too oily. If I to rate this it would be a zero THIS WAS THE WORST FAST FOOD

Attempted to utilize drive-thru. We were not greeted nor was our order taken. There were employees inside and the vehicle in front of us waited but completed an order.
