Harley and Mike did an amazing job serving the large crowd tonight for the Crewed launch that was subsequently scrubbed. A great venue launch or not.
The Cobia was grilled perfectly, the black beans were great and the macaroni and cheese was excellent. Great people and even better service. A+++
New York New York Tiki Bar and Grille- South Titusville, FL- 4.5 Stars Local legend has it that one night, the owner of the new hotel as well as a great deal of surrounding land, Henry Titus, challenged Capt. Clark Rice to the naming rights of the burgeoning metropolitan area originally called Sand Point. Mr. Titus' choice of weapons for this historical duel? A rousing game of lethal dominoes! Well, OK. So it wasn't all that "lethal" and the final score of this legendary game of tiles was lost in time, the outcome is not, thus, in 1873 the place was re-named Titusville. Why did I mention the naming myth of Titusville, you ask? Well, I was in the neighborhood killing time between meals and thought a little local research would speed up the wait, besides, who doesn't find creation myths interesting? All that aside, it was time for my next meal and according to the genie in the name generator, I was going to be dining at New York New York Tiki Bar and Grille. Well, now I'm sad I left my grass skirt at home, but somehow, I'll manage. After being seated and shown a menu, including their specials, Tom introduced himself as our waiter and I must say that right out of the gate, I thought he was a creep at first but he rallied late and became a Big Boy Top 10 waiter. I put in an order for some Ropa Vieja, Braised Cabbage, and what the menu touted as "homemade" Blueberry Cobbler and a juicy burger (medium rare) for my guest. It wasn't all that long before Tom was returning with our grub. After snapping a few pictures (just look at that salad!), I eagerly dug into the spread before me. I found the Ropa Vieja (a Cuban-inspired stew) delectable the seasoning was spot on. The fresh pulled beef (read steak) tomatoes, peppers, onions and black beans blended superbly over some deliciously seasoned yellow rice. The Braised Cabbage was spectacular. It was braised to perfection and served with sauteed onions and real bacon bits. Extraordinary!! Once again, I ask you to turn your attention to the picture of that side salad. Fresh Spring Green mix, fresh cherry tomato along with a garden-fresh sliced red onion. This is how a side salad should be done. This is why I do this. The Juicy Burger was grilled to a perfect medium-rare, served on a nice toasted bun and it was just as scrumptious as the rest of the food. Forget the name. Forget how it looks. If the rest of the menu is as good as these specials are, it's a total treat! I had the club sandwich and fries. Hubby had fish. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great. The view was just fabulous. Would definitely recommend this place.
Love the tiki bar area right on the river! The food and service is all very good. A don't want to miss spot!

Amazing hidden gem in Brevard!
Food and service was excellent! Don’t let the outside fool you. My husband and I had the fish specials with key west rub. He had cabbage side and I had Mac-n-cheese. Son had beer battered chicken, fries and Mac-n-cheese. Side salads were delicious! Homemade dressings, etc. Right on the water with an outside tiki bar. We ate inside. Well worth a stop
We were looking for a restaurant to view the space center launch and found this gem. We almost didn’t go in as the outside is a little rough, but I’m glad we didn’t let that deter us! The food was great, service was top notch. You can eat inside or out and Space Center rocket launch viewing outstanding. It’s off the beaten track so most likely caters to locals. We had fish nuggets and shrimp teriyaki, grilled shrimp, club sandwich and Impossible burger and all were delicious.
We have eaten here many times and all the food has been good! Sweet potato waffle fries were a bonus! We have had fish nuggets, several fish specials, burgers, wings and always enjoy it! View is fun and rocket launches from here are great. We get Susie a lot and always very attentive! Try it but know it is a place we could see on a dive restaurant type show.. not fancy but good!
This restaurant is a bit out of the way. However, the location is nice, view on the water beautiful, and the food outstanding. Very casual - dont expect a table cloth ! Could use a touch up as the place is a bit worn out - but nonetheless, a very good meal. We would go back when we pass through again.

We arrived around 5:15 pm and they were already out of two fish dishes they advertised as specials for the day. Seemed strange to me to have that on the menu for today, unless they had a really busy lunch, which, by the looks of things, is doubtful. The view was fantastic, and probably very poplar in the 80's. It is a great location with tremendous potential. I think a visit from Restaurant Impossible would help bring this place back to life. Food was good, though, which saved the experience.
We came looking for a waterfront restaurant to watch a rocket launch and left satisfied with new friends. We were so blessed to find a truly local eatery which we always look for when traveling. The food and service were great and NY NY had awesome character that many "rubber stamp" restaurant lovers will never understand or appreciate. Service and food was was awesome along with the views of the rocket launch. People, mostly local, were friendly and the patron with the parrot was a laugh. It appears that they close early after launches so you may want to call ahead as 9:00 on a weeknight may be a stretch. Overall we will never skip this great spot when we are in the area.
