I eat here, probably way more than a healthy amount and I love the taste, but the consistency is garbage! I’ve been to two of the locations because I’m actually obsessed with the tortillas and my only qualms are one they don’t deliver or offer DoorDash and two every time I go I get something different! I eat there more than once a week and every single time I get something regardless of the location it’s different sometimes I get two tortillas per taco sometimes it’s only one sometimes I get beans and sauce. Sometimes I get dry beans sometimes I get a little bit sometimes I get a lot. I really love this place and I spend a lot of money here. I would just like it to be a little more consistent. Oh and the restaurant is super hot. Doesn’t bother me but do better for your staff. Today I tipped on a pick up order just to get skimpy tacos and dry beans and that’s crazy cause that’s the third time I’ve ordered from you guys this week

We stopped at Sergio's Tacos on our way down from Tally and are so happy we have this little gem for the next time our travels take us this way. The restaurant is located inside an unassuming shopping strip, but don't let that keep you away from authentic birria tacos with just the right balance of juicy meat and cheese-crusted tortilla. The steak fajita burritos were flavorful, and the chicken quesadillas with chicken tinga meat didn't disappoint - in fact both were darn delicious. The wife was also glad the chips were freshly fried and accompanied by a 'homemade' tomato-charred salsa with just the right amount of kick. Definitely a repeat.

I stopped in for a quick lunch, got the special of 2 tacos with 2 sides, the price was just right, the tacos are so big and really amazing. They gave me 2 sauces, one red and spicy, one green and flavorful. Great service, totally recommend you try them out!

Sergio's Lake Washington Plaza location catered lunch for our New Home Buyer seminar with Cori Williams, Mortgage Originator, at the Dennis Basile - D. Basile Real Estate office. The Chicken Tinga was so moist and flavorful, definitely my favorite. Fresh made chips served with queso topped off this special lunch. Sergio's staff were kind, professional, and on time. With 3 locations, you can find one that is convenient and get some great food.

Amazing tacos. If you're not in the Titusville area often I highly recommend stopping by. Everything is fresh, they're super friendly and I don't know that I'll be able to stop thinking about these tacos.

Just stopped in off of a recommendation. I've been in Titusville for a year and had yet to find good tacos! Right?!? Went to Sergio's found great service, quick food arrival and let me tell you! The meat is seasoned (I had a chorizo & a carnitas) fresh onion, cilantro & lime. Nothing else needed. Was so good! Will become a regular now that I've found them. Worth the drive across town!

I recently had Sergio’s Tacos cater a work event and was really impressed. The tacos were packed with flavor, with fresh ingredients that made every bite delicious. The meats were well-seasoned and tender, and the tortillas tasted authentic.
Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. You can tell they put care into both the food and the experience. The owner took care of everything for my catering order!
I have gone there in the past multiple times and always had great services and their Birria Tacos are the best!
Overall, Sergio’s is a spot I’d definitely recommend. I’ll be coming back for sure! 🌮✨
