Great food and drink, and great place to catch a launch!
We come here every couple months and enjoy the vibe and food. Today the green beans were DELICIOUS! I get the bacon cheddar clucker which tasted great. My husband got the clam chowder which he said was “off the chain” lol and the orange glazed salmon which he said was also delicious and he’s picky about salmon. Food was great. Tyler was our server and he was very nice and attentive. Refilled drinks w out asking him. Great view too. We didn’t have to wait in line and were seated right away.

Was hanging out in the parking lot for a few minutes to wash my windows.
Will review food at a layer date.
Sat upstairs. Beautiful water view of the Kennedy Space Center area. Great Service (Rachel). Enjoyed the potato skins and Mahi Sandwich.

Our first time there! The food was great, my husband had the grilled shrimp dinner and I had the cod dinner. Both were very good and the service was good also. If you have room try the dessert the brownie cheesecake and triple chocolate cake were fantastic and made in house.
I had their Baked Seafood Combo at 5 pm this afternoon. It consists of 1 Cod filet, 3 sea scallops and 3 shrimp. It also comes with choice of regular side and a House or Caesar salad. It costs a penny short of $37. The menu does not state how many scallops or shrimp you get for your $37. My recommendation is to ask questions. Lots of them. I think I understand why the menu has no photos whatsoever. I believe it is because if you knew what the menu item actually look like, you may not order it. I wish I had not. Let me explain. I only see my brother and sister-in-law about 2 or 3 times a year. My brother called me Saturday evening. They were staying in Melbourne, and wanted to have dinner with us Sunday evening. And they asked to go to Shiloh's. So . . . we went to Shiloh's. I saw the baked seafood combo on the menu. it sounded good. I guess my imagination got the best of me. What I had envisioned and what I actually received was completely different. The fish, shrimp and scallops were more than likely previously frozen. The piece of fish, and the 3 shrimp and 3 scallops were all small, overcooked and dried out. Since I was with my brother whom I hardly ever see, and he was the one who had picked the place, I dared not complain. I didn't want to ruin the occasion. Not over $37. Besides, I have a policy of never sending back a dish and ordering something else. I am not that trusting. In conclusion. I simply don't see what the fascination is with Shiloh's. The food is expensive, the portions are small for the price, and the quality and taste are sub-par in my opinion. This is my third trip to Shiloh's. Three strikes, and ...
Wonderful atmosphere and great service, but we will not return. Food was awful. Seafood portion was very small and extremely overcooked. So dry and hard to swallow.
Visited the restaurant on a visit 3 years ago, and it was good. This time ordered the mahi, which was a restaurant "staple". Was very overcooked, and the risotto was salty, and mushy, and over priced! The salad was the only item that was edible. Wait staff was arguing between themselves. Never again!!
On our anniversary we chose to go to Shiloh's having never been there. We looked over the reviews and it seemed like the place to go. Were we ever wrong, the service was ok, bubbly young tattooed up server (just glad there was no nose ring). We ordered the fried seafood combo of fish, shrimp, scallops, calamari with hush puppies, slaw, french fries and onion rings. It was a tremendous amount of food but that is where it stopped, hush puppies were tasteless, onion rings were tasteless, everything was over cooked and tasteless. The scallops were void of flavor just a white mush. Neither my wife nor I could eat the calamari, stringy and chewy. If the truth be known I would give them a minus for food quality. They may have good steaks or whatever, but the seafood is horrendous. Plus, it was well OVERPRICED.
Food is served dry and cold not worth the price

We ordered food, received the food, and ate the food. The food server was average. Shilos try’s to compete as a high quality fine dinning restaurant with great ambiance. It is not. Think of Sizzler. On Valentine’s DayThere were several children yelling and running next to our table. At one point having a cartwheel contest. There was a live musician playing so loud we could not have conversation. The music was old country slowed down to about 50 bpm with depressing break up lyrics. The outdoor heater we were promised did not work. The intimate valentines setting we were promised in the reservation turned out to be a cafeteria for children. The manager chose not to identify himself however did hear about our complete disappointment. The food? Mostly premade served lukewarm. At least with Sizzler you know what you’re getting.
I had all you can eat fish and chips. Excellent quality. A little slow on the second plate, but that's the only downside. Excellent server and barmaid upstairs. Nice clientele. I look forward to sampling a steak the next time I'm in town. They're pricey. But not if it's a memorable steak.

They have the best prime rib we've had in years! We will definitely be back.
The sides leave a lot to be desired... it seems like they are cheaply pre made and pre dished out.. they are not good... the prime rib was good enough that we will be back even just for that. The desert was decent too.

Went to Shilohs a few nights ago. Sat in the back bar section. The bartender/waitress was delightful and attentive. Ordered salad, Filet Mignon meal and a glass of wine. Not one complaint. Meal was delicious! Cooked perfect!
