The Titusville Sonic has the best manager Sara ,she has taken so much time to make it as good as it is. The staff is great when there’s an issue it’s handled right away. I go there several times a week to get ice and a pretzel. I love it. kudos to Sara and her team
I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but it seems like it just gets worse and worse!! Tonight my family and I went to get milkshakes after the movies. Usually we know we have to wait a while in line, because this location is always extremely slow. But, what I was unaware of is that there was ONE EMPLOYEE working the whole restaurant by himself tonight!! How is this fair!? I felt absolutely horrible after putting our order in and finding this out when we got to the window! Cars kept coming and coming and piling up the line or the outside stalls, I felt so bad!
I can't imagine the pressure this poor gentleman was under working by himself and no one to help him pass out or make all these orders that were piling in. Noticed that people kept getting impatient and leaving the line, or saying snarky remarks into his headphone. Fix this location already, somethings gotta give. Either theres 10 kids back there or tonight of all nights, on a Saturday just one employee! I also would like to say to the impatient people to either wait or LEAVE! Stop being snarky and saying unnecessary things to over worked employees, they aren't your slaves!

Every single time i come to sonics, any sonics at that i wait 15 mins or more. I got a small fry, 6pc mozzarella sticks, and 2 drinks. (this was for 2 ppl no im not big back) we placed an online order beforehand and waited about 30 MINUTES. for a small amount of food. my drink didn’t even come with cherrys in it and my fried didnt come with ketchup that i placed in the order. HIGHLY disappointed. best thing about this place is the cute little rats running around in the back. 😐

I dont know if its just the Manager Jordan letting this happen or its the owners. Crazy how a place can go from great to worse in less than a year. Food quality is gross. Looks like they threw it up in the air and caught it in the bag. Food looks like it was cooked 3 days ago and just reheated. When ordering the people you feel rushed. Besides that the stalls where you order are falling apart. If you are not going to serve the community with great food and service. Get out of Titusville and let someone who will.
