This is a hard review for me to write, and honestly it’s long overdue. I’ve had both good and bad experiences ordering delivery from this Sonic. Sometimes they absolutely knock it out of the park — the food is delicious and the order is perfect.
Unfortunately, about half the time there’s at least one issue with the order. Things like forgetting the bacon on a burger that’s supposed to come with it (not an extra), fries arriving half empty and cold, or a burger that has the right ingredients but looks like the box was shaken before it was delivered. I’ve also received pretzels without the cheese sauce, or had items like pretzels missing entirely without a refund being issued.
That said, I keep giving them another chance because when they get it right, it’s honestly one of the best fast food burgers you can get in my area. I just wish they were more consistent and took a little more care to make sure orders are accurate.

This place is hit or miss. Most the time miss. Most latest visit I got halfway home and decided to give me food a quick look. They left the meat out of my burger. Like seriously?! The meat. And most of the time they aren’t taking orders in pull up booths, but the only way to know is when you sit there long enough to figure it out.

If I could give a zero star, I would I waited 20 minutes for 3 milkshakes and never even was able to order the fish sandwiches that I told her I wanted. And come to find out they don’t take any bills larger than $20 but they don’t bother to tell you that until they bring your order out to you. obviously, they need to hire more help.

On October 26, I made an order thru the Sonic App. When I arrived at my local store they were out if the items I ordered. They said they were unable to issue a refund on site and daid I had to contact their customer service fir a refund. Since then I have called in to customer service SIX TIMES and still no refund has been issued. The last three calls I requested a supervisor. Each time I was told none were available. I requested a call back three time and still no refund and no call back. This has been 22 days ago....I am beginning to believe this is a huge SCAM BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEMS NON-EXISTENT!!!

Place sure needs to be updated and cleaned. I ordered online from the app and still took over 20 minutes for order to come out to the car. Not really fast food I guess. Seems to be short on staff and most of the time one of them out in parking lot chatting with friends. Food seem to always be right so I will keep going back.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I waited 19 minutes for them to make a cheeseburger that was doordash should have been done. I quit coming here years ago. The only reason why I have to come here now is because it's part of my job. Obviously there needs to be more workers because apparently from one of the workers that said you guys were so busy. Had eight cars the whole time I was sitting here

Milk shake not thick and warm and has been back in the freezer for an hour since it came but won't freeze. I ordered chocolate and got vanilla.
Paid for bacon and extra mayo, but did not get.
