This location and mostly the STAFF at this Starbucks is why I visit them almost every day before work. My drink is always made perfectly and the friendly staff is literally why I need to start my day there. Even more than the delicious coffee drinks. My job will be relocating and I'm sincerely sad to lose this Starbucks and the amazing people who work there. The people are WHY I get my coffee there. Even when they are slammed and the drive-thru lane is long, they move through orders so quickly.

Nice outside seating, and quick service. Only Starbucks I have been to with a vacant indicator on the restrooms.
Parking: Watch where you park, the drive through can back up and you maybe briefly blocked.

I am displaced. I have been to so many Starbucks from Kissimmee to Disney Springs to Palm Bay And Melbourne, this is my first time coming to the Starbucks in Titusville because I am a traveling nurse I ordered my stuff and went to the window and told the gentleman that I would like to add on one more thing the gentleman at the window and the one who took the order which is the same person was very pleasant. Whoever was handling the orders I saw them throw my cheese danish, and my muffin the cheese danish fell on the floor. They gave me another one which was cold. My muffin was also cold and I requested for them to both be warmed up this place should let go or teach the person that was handling the food some great customer service skills because they do not have any. It was 7 o’clock in the morning all I want it was a cup of coffee and two items. And all I got was horrible customer service skills very displeased with this Starbucks every other Starbucks I have been happy with this is my first.

If you feel like getting jipped today, go into Starbucks. I ordered a small hot Carmel macchiato as usual and asked for 4 brown sugars. Their small is called a large apparently. Well today they have the xmas cups and its so small (3/4 cup of coffee) and there was no brown sugar. It tasted like 7-11 coffee. I have no sugar and paid a tip on the $5.50. Thanks for nothing. Not going back.

My drink was all oat milk, no flavor. Manager immediately made me a new one and it was perfect!

It is rare to find a gem of a Starbucks that one can actually breathe in this time of year I managed to do it! I found the unicorn. . The staff and ambiance are warm and comfortable.
Suzy, Kalia, and Brittany were helpful, patient and finally when I couldn't figure it out Suzy made an executive "Bevy" decision and made me something I loved. She was so sweet and attentive and well versed in quality coffee. Thank you ladies! Higley recommend.

Terrible coffee, terrible customer service. Took my wife through the drive through. Order was repeated back and wrong at the window. Before I could finish asking the guy at the window to fix it he snatched the drink up and yelled at someone making coffee. They “fixed” it wrong again and just thought it was good enough. The cold foam was non existent and the cold brew tastes like burnt toilet water. We then had to go inside to request it to be remade. While trying to explain what was wrong the girl behind the counter, Samara, mouthed off her personal disdain for how the drink was being requested to be made. I get it, not everyone likes the same coffee order, but baristas aren’t paid to personally enjoy drinking what a customer orders. However they are paid to be polite and to keep their snide comments to themselves. I hope I never have to go back to this location again.
