I asked for extra topping, paid for extra toppings and did not receive them. What’s really bad it’s the grease that was sitting in top of my coffee…. How there was grease on top of my coffee I will not know but it’s a sure sign that they need to be cleaning the equipment a lot better at night and not rushing out of there. $17 in the trash and an upset tummy 😒

i ordered two, non-complicated drinks. both were made awfully. a vanilla bean frappuccino and caramel frappuccino. the caramel drink had almost NO caramel in it. and the vanilla bean had coffee in it. i’ve never in my life had them put coffee in my drink. the drive thru guy was also rude so that was lovely :) do NOT come here if it is even slightly busy, they clearly cannot handle it. waste of $15 and waiting in line

The ladies in the morning are so slow and they don't give you what you order. If the app lets you do it then you should do it how the app says to do it not how you feel .....oh it comes on the lines of a latte if the app lets me do it then you make it. what's another inch of milk going to do.

Came to this n Starbucks on the way home to South Beach. I’ve been to many Starbucks but the way this staff was friendly with me and all of their regulars really amazed me. Charlotte was very great and they are lucky to have her on the team.

Very rude staff, ordered coffees and went thru drive thru, parked out front while wife went to bathroom and I stepped outside of the car to the trunk and lit a cigarette. Staff member came out screaming at me that there was no smoking on the property, she threatened to call the cops. I told her to call, she pointed to a sign that said no smoking inside. I frequent Starbucks a few times a day all over the us and have never been treated like this.
