Our sub maker was not interested in listening to what we wanted on our subs and just put whatever they felt should go on it. Tried a few times to speak louder and tell them that was wrong but we were not heard.

We eat at this Subway about once a week. Usually order online for pickup and the sandwiches are always right. I appreciate the attention to detail!

Staff was nice, service was fast but where is the meat? I spent $13 for a foot long tuna and I would have done better just asking for a mayo sandwich because the tuna was missing in action, same story with

There are better choices for a sub but sometimes you want a simple quick sandwich. They aren’t that bad.
Unfortunately they switched to Pepsi, so we not be going much anymore.
When a place switches to Pepsi they are trying to save money which means they have already cut in other places.

I ordered a sub online yesterday and the entire sub was covered in yellow mustard (which I ordered normal amount on). It was on the outside of the bread, first bite had mustard gushing out the sides, and left the entire footlong inedible. I tried to call the store, no answer. So I wrote an email and got a response of “I’m sorry” from a “Butch Kiss” in response. No offer to replace the sub I had to throw away or even a discount coupon. It takes a LOT for me to complain but I think having to throw out an entire meal due to excessive condiments is worthy of more than just a “I’m sorry” email from the franchise owner. Will never be giving my business to this local subway. I will drive out of my way to give my money to another franchise. Very disappointed.
