I’m not one to leave bad reviews often, but this Taco Bell location seriously needs better management. When I arrived to pick up my online order, I saw multiple people already waiting, frustrated, and complaining that they had been there for over 30 minutes. That should have been my first red flag.

While waiting, I overheard multiple customers complaining about messed-up orders—missing items, wrong items, just complete disorganization. I get that fast food can get hectic, but this wasn’t just a rush—it was poor training and lack of urgency from the staff.

The last time I ordered a party pack, I only received 9 tacos instead of 12. So this time, I made sure to count. When I did, Andrew (an employee or manager, not sure) made a rude comment, saying his employees “know how to count.” Well, turns out, they don’t. This time, I only received 11 tacos instead of 12. The fact that I’ve been shorted on a large order twice now is ridiculous.

I completely understand that fast food places get busy, but this is beyond that. This location is clearly undertrained and poorly managed. If you’re in a hurry or expecting accuracy, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Tried to order via the kiosk and the guy told told me the dining room was only open for delivery pick-up? The kiosk was obviously functional, as I was interrupted halfway through my order, and I tried to reassure the gentleman that I was ordering take-out but he insisted. Meanwhile I see several cars go through the drive-thru, which surely took more work than letting me order at the kiosk without splitting anyone's attention. I get that it was late, and if it's policy then I understand he was just doing his job, but it would be nice if that were posted anywhere on the door or online... If it isn't policy and was just an action taken out of laziness, then I think the guy who then locked the dining room door as my ride home approached (kind of offensive but whatever, lol) should review the idea of "working smarter, not harder", because I'm sure he has a few more braincells to bounce around on this one.

To be honest I really heavily eating at Taco Bell maybe five times in the last 10 years but when I was younger than a teenager I used to come to Taco Bell in Florida Supremes were 89 cents now they're 299 they're just not worth the $299

Went in 11/4 at 10:30pm through drive through - cashier was rude with an attitude and rushed us. I get people have a bad day, but that’s no excuse. We just off work and too tired to cook tonight, the last thing we need or want is a rude cashier. Please work on customer service.. my only other complaint is the layout of the drive thru but that’s not something that can be fixed lol.

Usually there is great service here, however that's not the case tonight. As I pulled into the parking lot I saw someone standing in the lobby and the lobby doors were unlocked, a young man walked to the counter after about ten minutes of me standing there patiently waiting to order and he asked me if I needed to place an order. I said yes and he turned around and said to his coworker. "What time is it?" "Ten past eleven." "Lobby's closed bro sorry, I usually don't even work here." Add another 20-ish minute wait in the drive through because they won't take an order in the lobby even though I had been waiting there. Wow is all I can really say

Order # 549 10/15/24 Around 10:00 PM Paid cash. We ordered 2 quesadillas when we got home only one was in the bag. Called the phone number listed here and the computer voice said no one was available to take our call. Not going back for my missing food but left this review to let people know to check their order.
