By far the slowest Taco Bell i have ever encountered, on multiple occasions. I waited inside for over 45 minutes last time I was here, and this time in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I have never waited this long at any fast food restaurant. I understand things happen once in a while, but this is a consistent issue with this place

The drive thru line is always backed way up. I tried stopping by there tonight after work at around 7:30 and sat in a non-moving line for 10 minutes while I witnessed one guy sitting in a parking spot on break, another lady come out and start smoking by her car on a break and someone else who wandered outside looking lost. Who was running the restaurant!? I left, went next door to Wendy's and got my food within minutes. Saw the line hadn't budged whatsoever.

I've been here multiple times now and will never try and come again. I sat in the drive through line for my mobile order for 30 mins, when I tried to go in before cause I noticed the line was long, they were rude ignored me and multiple other customers at the counter the told me I have to go through the drive through. Horribly long waits and rude staff. This should not be considered a fast food place.

Waited over 15 mins for 3 items, and the 3rd item, they couldn’t even count to 2. Ordered a 2 pack of churros, only got 1 in the box.

I ordered nacho fries, paid $3 for a regular size. The container was not only a children's size container comparable to other places but it was half empty with barely any fries in it. $7 for a small chicken burrito. Just Adding sour cream to make it a supreme will run you a couple dollars more. Sour Cream is $2 extra! Taco Bell has turned into a scam. The prices are ridiculously high and the items have shrunk. The price I paid for 2 burritos and nacho fries, I could had (2 )3-course meals at Chili's.

My husband and I stopped on our way back from Pontevedra Beach and unfortunately was completely disappointed with their dive-thru (constantly having to repeat my order). Our burrito supreme was not evenly distributed—to the point that one third was all tomatoes and lettuce. It was discarded. The rest of our meal was—at best—- eatable. It was cold and tasteless. I had not stopped at a Taco Bell in a while and it was one of the few fast foods that I do visit occasionally but I must say that I will scratch this one also.

This place is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. For something so quick and easy they take way too long, drive through takes 20 min, eating inside? You might as well pack a tent because you will be in all night. It shouldn't take this long. With how long the wait is these tacos should look perfect. No, they're sloppily put together. I don't know why i come back..the definition of insanity.

Jacob was the one at the window taking orders! He was very kind and considerate and made sure our order was spot on! There was a little wait but it happens sometimes. He assured us our order would be right up and it was all fresh and made exactly to order. Tacobells breakfast always hits the spot!
I’ve been to this Taco Bell more than 3 times and every time I go “maybe they won’t mess up my order” yet somehow they always do some examples are Dr Pepper but it was just carbonation, cheese sauce cup spilled in the bag, not actually cooking my quesodilla. The wait time today was atrocious I waited for 45 minutes at least for one quesadilla some dipping sauce and a drink. Yes today was the day that they spilled the cheese all in my bag. Stuff happens but every single time I go there has gotta be some bad joke. This is not all Taco Bell’s but just this one.

This place is getting ridiculous l, waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for four tacos I’ve waited less time in actual sit down restaurants. No apology just tossed the food at us and closed the window didn’t even have mild sauce. This happens every time we try to come here there where people yelling in the line behind us because of how long they take. Don’t bother coming to this location it will be faster to go to the other side of town to the good Taco Bell and get it there.

In the most basic terms, the drive-thru staff exhibited an unprecedented level of rudeness. It seemed as though our mere presence at the window was a burden to them. We were not greeted; instead, our food was unceremoniously thrust toward us. When we politely mentioned that one of our beverages was missing, they responded with an eye roll of sheer exasperation.

Seriusly Need to train employees better about the portions they serve .. 6.69 plus tax for a chicken quesadilla with barely any chicken on it no no no.. also need to get better in customer service
