Worst service ever. The truck ahead of me had a huge order and instead of having him move forward we sat and waited. It was over 35 minutes. When I got to the window mine had been waiting. I drove back to work which was 1 minutes away. I started eating it and it was cold of course and they gave me the wrong large drink. I tried calling 3 times and of course no answer. I got screwed.

Drive thru service extremely rude. If you hate your job that much quit.

There are two Taco Bell’s in Titusville and I promise you will regret giving your money to the one off of Columbia. By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!! Whoever manages that Taco Bell on Saturday March 23rd around 7pm needs to fired!! What a joke that place is. He was extremely lazy and will give you an attitude if you ask him a question about your order. I would be embarrassed to work there that’s how bad it was

The employees could care less about customer service. Soda tanks needed changing, had to ask three times before someone took care of it. Cashier stood at front counter and yelled,"someone change the tank." Food was mediocre, but at least our order was correct. Another customer ordered taco supremes (they are supposed to come with sour cream), his did not have sour cream. Instead of remaking them correctly, they handed him packets of sour cream and told him to put it on himself. What a shame- just a testament to the work force of today.

Had the crunchiest taco shells and best gorditos ever last night. Only downside, they remodeled and put in new benches with no cushion on the seat, and the cushion on the back pushes you too far forward off the seat.

Good food, app only pricing frustrating. I wanted the app price so I ordered online while standing in the store, my order took over 20 minutes. Three other people did the same and waited just as long. Next time I'll pay more.

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The food at some of the locations are just thrown together, this one tasted great and picture perfect! We ate here 3 of the six days in Titusville.Every time we were here there were many employees working as it seemed like a very busy store, especially the drive thru. The employees were helpful and friendly. It was also very clean whenever we were there.

Before they were good for breakfast, now they're awful.Got a breakfast crunchwrap, my sausage was basically just thawed out and barely cooked. Barely any sauce on the wrap...The cinnabon coffee only has diabetes inducing sweet, or they just put the cinnamon syrup in it and it tastes awful. Is there a half pump option for people wanting more coffee than creamer, and not just plain or bitter "flavor" syrupey?

We go out of our way to visit this location. Our dietary restrictions are always observed.Dietary restrictions: I have to order my Mexican pizza without beans. I pay for extra meat instead. Consistently prepare my order correctly.

Employees could care less about customers! Stood at front counter for 8 minutes. Employee walked by from bathroom grabbing napkins to dry hands on. Walked around counter and disappeared into the back. Other employees could be heard having conversations like they were at a gathering. 2 employees walked around in the drive through area, looking at myself and others in line. No offer to help. Several of us walked out. People want to be paid, but don't want to work. No customer service skills!
