Jazz needs to get back on her meds. She seems very unstable and desperate for attention. She tried to shut down the whole bar when we were all trying to enjoy our drinks. This restaurant and bar has gone downhill fast. The menu is only appetizers. They don't even have pasta! I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Stayed for 1- days at the Holiday Inn and ate almost every night there. Food was fantastic. The 7&7's were great too. The quesadillas were so cool we had them twice. Both the shrimp and chicken. But honestly everything we had was good.

We stopped over in Titusville for one night for a business trip. We selected this restaurant because we stayed at the hotel that it's located inside of. The food was AMAZING!!!! 10 out of 10!!!! Chef Ty is very talented and we loved the food. We ordered the pork loaded fries as an appetizer, I ordered the Southwest grilled chicken and my husband ordered the Smothered Pork chops... absolutely DIVINE!!! The food was fresh, hot when it arrived and prepared with great fresh quality ingredients! The Chef deserves a raise, he clearly cares about the quality of the food that he is providing which is rare nowadays. Overall great experience. Friendly staff. Give this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed ?

If you are traveling and stay at The Holiday Inn- I highly recommend eating at The Local. Food was great (tri sliders and fried chicken BLT) were great! We attended during happy hour to receive reduced beer/wine cost.Jennifer was very hospitable! We appreciate a good dinner and service after a long day on the road.

We read previous reviews and were hesitent, but decided to go for it. The food was done right, the portions above average, and delivered fast.Our server Jennifer was great! She was friendly and informative on the menu options.My wife and I were very pleased.

We dropped in one day and had a great time, dropped in a 2nd time and Robert the bartender remembered us so we made it a part of our regular routine. Super friendly, always with a smile, happy to accomodate. But he has been let go - SHAME ON THE THE LOCAL AND THE HOLIDAY INN. The best bartender in town - after years of great service. The Local will NEVER get any more of my money!

I have been coming to the Holiday Inn Titusville-Kennedy Space Center multiple times a year since 2016, often booking multiple rooms, and have never had a single issue. The staff is terrific and always goes the extra mile. Donnie McDaniel is a very present manager and he and his team are always ready to help. On this past trip, we had nine rooms and one of them had a small maintenance issue, which is very unusual for this place. My guest in that room texted me "Bob from the front desk put on his superhero cape, flew upstairs and fixed it right away." Everyone who works the front desk is always a pleasure, especially Rose. The rooms are always super clean and you can't beat the service and friendly atmosphere.

If i was giving miss Kierstyn the amazing bartender a review, this would be amazing! My fiance and I wouldn't have came here again if it wasn't for her!!! These are facts!!! On that note..... you're old timer bartender ROBERT was absolutely Rude! I am a Licensed and Insured Bartender who owns my own company. He is only focused on his own personal regulars. Which in this industry as you know, is unacceptable! He insulted me which I didn't appreciate. I will never ever come back into this establishment again if I walk in and see him working. I was born and raised here, and have been bartending for over 16 years and never have I experienced such rude service. Please handle this because I promise you, I'm not the only customer who feels this way.

This hotel needs to be leveled and/or have a complete facelift. It's showing its age. It's run down and moldy/smelly and in some areas, the smoking is quite prevalent. I rented connecting rooms, one toilet was totally not working, the other one STOPPED working (no bathroom was working), we actually had to leave in the middle of the night because we could not use the facilities. Check in took over an hour after the check-in time. I have a disabled son with medical needs, it was difficult at best work with the staff. They never cleaned the connecting room - which I ask them to do at least three different times. They had a massive manpower shortage, so, everything was delayed and/or late. Back to the toilet issues, the engineer/mechanic assigned to this hotel looked at it for about three minutes and said he couldn't do anything. Breakfast was no different than that of a Holiday Inn Express. The Night Auditor didn't seem to know her job all that much and stayed on her phone quite a bit, and made me wait outside in the cold while we were leaving due to all these issues. DO NOT STAY HERE. Find another hotel, as an IHG diamond elite member, I will never stay at this hotel again. I'll choose a competitor. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a state-side hotel. I had better service in a combat zone.
