Ice cream was really creamy, but could have had stronger flavor. I had coffee ice cream and wanted a more coffee taste, however the chocolate waffle cone was an unexpected surprise. Jess had Oreo truffle and liked it.

The ice cream was great. The service could have been better. My husband asked for a scoop of vanilla in a waffle cone with caramel and was given a scoop of coconut in a cup with caramel. He sucked out up and ate what he was given, but two of the three requests were wrong.
There wasn’t much on the walls, which made me wonder if they were a new business just opening or if they were going out of business…

Excellent, possibly the best ice cream in town! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars for the atmosphere but the owner looked beyond grumpy and unhappy to be there which made the crew members look uneasy and uncomfortable with her there. Love the ice cream, love the staff, owner needs some work…

We visited The Mad Utter on Wed 7/24/24 after seeing previous reviews and wanting an after dinner sweet treat. We will return! Their ice cream is homemade and definitely stand out from other ice cream places we have visited. The service was nice, and they helped answer any questions we had. I definitely recommend the ice cream flight for a very reasonable price of $12 for 5 different ice cream flavors. It was enough for my husband and I to share and absolutely loved it! Bonus points for classic games set around each table for us to play. I did notice that after a group of younger children left, the staff came over to not only clean the tables but also clean the games too. Overall I recommend them for good ice cream, good atmosphere and good prices! You do have to find public parking, but the short walk was worth it, and it was nice to check out other small businesses in the surrounding area.
