The food took 40 minutes to come out. The rice was bland and dry. The tacos had little to no filling. Everyone has been very disappointed with their food. The only redeeming thing was the Korean fried chicken. Will not be coming back. Won't recommend to others.

Could have done with out the chef coming out and yelling at our waiter. Our waiter was very sweet, friendly and extremely professional. We’ll be back tho.

Been coming for years but the takeout keeps getting worse. $33 for a burger and what was supposed to be the full sized summer salad. Couldn’t even put the queso for the burger in a little container?

Had a burger and wrap with chips. The place was super clean, and the customer service was great. The food was tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great experience!

The food was great. But the hostess stand said there were 14 free tables, but she told us, and everybody else, there was a 15 minute wait. Somebody actually asked if we have to wait, can't we wait at the empty tables? Then there was a 30 minute wait from sitting down to getting food. 10 minutes to get salt. The service was very slow.

Great place with an interesting take on style fusion. They have a ton of cocktails to choose from and food from all different types of cuisine.

They gave me a vegan menu without me even asking for it first! I got the curry and the chips with salsa and it was so yummy. Plus the waiter was nice enough to ask the chef some questions I had.

We don't have a lot of options in Titusville and we were very pleased when this restaurant opened. The owner used to be onsite to make sure things ran well, but he bought a few more restaurants in Titusville and must be focusing on them. The original cooks were great and then they left a long while back. Then they got another cook that was mostly just a BBQ/Burger type cook and wasn't able to consistently cook the finer foods. He eventually left and there was a woman cook who was great but she apparently left recently. Now they have some new cooks in training as of March 2025. Wish I would have known before ordering take-out today. The food was basically uncooked but I was 20 miles down the road. It was terrible and I'll eat about anything and not complain about it. With the price of the food at this place it's not worth giving them any more chances despite the lack of options in Titusville. The restaurant atmosphere is great though and they have a wonderful wait staff and bartenders. The owner simply isn't able to retain cooks and is not onsite to make sure the restaurant runs well.

Service and atmosphere was nice. The food was okay. 2 people in my party got drunken noodles and they both commented how salty it was and there was absolutely no basil, which is listed on the menu. The Korean ribs were okay but wish there was extra sauce or some type of sauce on the rice, as the rice was dry. Others in the party liked the bao buns.

I'm a foodie, and the more cultural the food, the more excited I get to try it. Third Culture Kitchen is like a giant love letter to my taste buds--world cuisine with a cross-cultural, fusion twist.

Every time I go to Third Culture (and that's been a lot of times), I tell myself I'm going to try something new. I'm just so hooked on the one or two entrees I've tried, though, that I find it hard to budge from them, so I usually compromise by getting a different appetizer or dessert.

Some of my favorite menu items are:

Veggie Spring Rolls - Perfect sharing size, served burn-your-tongue hot, these little guys bundle a medley of steamed veggies into a crispy, flakey shell. Dip 'em in sweet chili sauce to send your taste buds serenading.

Yuca Fries - Third Culture makes these THICK with a sprinkling of za'atar seasoning for extra zest. Served with a side of cool banana ketchup to complete the experience.

Bao - Served in a half-folded, doughy shell, boa come in a variety of fillings. My personal favorite is the pork belly, served with escabeche and house-made pickles.

Pad See Ew - The absolute best spin on pad see ew I've ever savored. Tender, marinated chicken, crispy-chopped peanuts, scrambled egg, and thin rice noodles served under sizzling-sweet ginger scallion sauce--a portion size so large, you'll probably find yourself asking for a take-home box.

Bulgogi Tacos - The absolute tenderest cut of marinated, shaved meat, wrapped in a soft burrito shell with tangy, pickled kimchi and zesty scallions, plus toasted sesame seeds for added flavor. This off-menu item has quickly become a personal favorite of mine, and comes with three small street tacos. I like to order a side of jasmine rice for mixing in any bits of the taco that fall apart during eating.

Third Culture's wide variety of flavors and fusions makes it a great choice for a group with diverse preferences and taste buds. Don't overlook it - one of Titusville's best-tasting and most ambitious eateries.

Wide variety menu with lots of choices. Nice fusion items without being pretentious. Had the sticky ribs which were fantastic. Fell of the bone, great flavor. Absolutely great to see staff teamwork on ordering and supporting each other.
