Wonderful lowkey cafe that serves breakfast, lunch, and desserts. We got the croquetas preparada and guapo & fajao sandwiches. Come hungry because these portions were huge and delicious. The bread was wonderfully pressed and packed with flavorful meats, cheese, ham while pickles and mustard made for a tangy contrast. I also loved the mamey shake which was creamy and subtly caramel-y in flavor. I would highly recomend giving this place your dollars and support. Wish I was local...
Unexpected gem near the launch site!

We came to the area to catch a rocket launch (which was epic, by the way), and totally by chance, parked right in front of this amazing little spot. Talk about good timing.

The vibe is super authentic, and the two women running the place were incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell they care about what they do. And the food? Honestly, the sandwiches were so good—simple, fresh, and packed with flavor.

Found this little Cuban Restaurant and Breakfast joint in downtown and it had its own parking. If you walk a little further, you can see the Launch at KSC it's my first and I had a great breakfast at a reasonable price. My over easy eggs where perfect and my Cuban coffee was great. I would definitely come again.
