Typically love wawa. It's extremely unfortunate that when I come in for a coffee early in the morning it typically take 10 plus minutes for someone to start working on it. It really shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes to get a latte when I'm the only customer ordering a drink.

Its awful funny that during peak hours they can keep up with the coffee but the night crew has a problem. Tonight there was two canteen of regular out and both were empty and not even a full cup of Columbian. The hefty girl wasnt near the coffee area and the black guy acted like it was a problem to check for me. I know its night but the teddy bear white guy has manners. Customer service and work ethic are important and if you can't do your job you shouldn't be employed. We got a real problem in America from the top down of people doing everything but what they are supposed to be doing.
They are very hard working employees and provide quality service and products. They have great coffee and an amazing awards program. They are tolerant or professional drivers. They have better coffee than Love's

It's a top notch gas station, fast food and convenience stores place. Surprisingly good food, coffee and deals for members points trackers.

I feel sad that I am leaving a bad review I go here all the time it's been hit or miss with food orders and lately more miss. Food is missing major items that make up the whole entire meal like several times my meal had been missing so many ingredients just none of the toppings on the sandwiches I ordered. the other day I ordered a bean burrito and it didn't have any beans it was just rice with a couple of jalapenos just can't believe it. On another note staff seems friendly for the most part at least ...just a bummer to leave a bad review but it's been like several orders gone wrong these past two weeks looks like whoever made the meal doesn't care at all.
I was also here today Feb 23rd at 5:30 am a man made my food and it was terrible left out all the ingredients again I got a burrito and he only added beans nothing else was used I got to work hungry cause of that I have no food to eat for breakfast cause it was just not good.

I have been a loyal customer at this Wawa since it opened. I have overlooked the fact that the music in the bathrooms are at concert level, the bathroom is never clean, they seem to have the highest fuel prices, but they are close to my house and I can pay with the app, well they lost a client today. I have a very small cooler (to small for a bag of ice) so a while ago I ask how much to fill it at the drink station they said “don’t worry about it” I asked again on other occasions with the same response so I quit asking cause they never seemed to mind until today. The young woman approached me after I got the ice and other drinks and in no uncertain terms said “we sell ice I’m charging you for what she thought was an appropriate amount for frozen water” I would have been fine with her charging me but I wanted to explain to her, because she made me feel like I was stealing the ice, that I had asked before but I couldn’t say two words without her over talking me in accusing tones. She took that avenue over frozen ice

Advertising $5.00 breakfast deals. You pick your sandwich and hashbrowns from the food warmer at the cash register only problem is there's Never any of the on sale deal products in the warmer. Tried twice on two different occasions and not one deal item available. I feel like it's a bait and switch tactic just to get you in the store. Very disappointing indeed.

Absolutely terrible service and nothing is ever stocked what's the point of having a store and employees if they don't do their job. I was just in told by an employee that they just work here.
I usually dont have problems with wawa but this particular one struggles with the kitchen. Last night I was served old fries, like rock hard. Today my quesadilla had stuff I didnt order on it. Probably should have checked it but it was late getting off work headed to hotel. Only in town for a few days and I struck out each time I got food here. I would avoid this place if you have food allergies. Not sure what you'll get on your food.

Cheyenne was fantastic—she was patient and extremely helpful. I want to recognize her for being such a great employee. She took the time to show me how to place an order and how to use the app, and I really appreciated her assistance.

Came today around 12:20 for my regular drink which I usually go at nights but wanted it this afternoon, this guy at the beverage section is so slow and made my drink around 12:50. This is so frustrating for a single drink!!! It’s like I waited for my food at a restaurant for this waiting time smh!! Not even an apology!!! I would understand it if there was a lot of people waiting before my order but only few were there before me. That’s why I always go at nights coz the night crews at the beverage always got my order right and not even 5 minutes wait! If this guy keeps working during days even busy or not, he needs assistance coz he is slow as hell.
