This is what I was given tonight at the drive thru!! Absolutely disgusting!! Bacon is raw, barely any cheese at all and fries are cold cold!! This place needs to do better, constantly issues from this location.

Thanks last night to the Cool recommendation of Jerry at the Drive-Thru... I tried out the new and good tasting Crispy Chicken Tenders with the basic Wendy's house sauce and liked them... plus, I ate a Potato 🥔 with bacon 🥓 and cheese 🧀 which, that was a nice tastyl combination. 😋

Disgusting. The people are not wearing gloves. The manager was standing right in front of the fries with her hair hanging right in the food. My mom and I walked out immediately. Don’t eat here.

I’ve loved Wendy’s since childhood and even worked there as a teen, but this location is nothing like the Wendy’s I remember. Orders are constantly wrong or incomplete, condiments aren’t provided even when requested, items are often out of stock, and service quality has dropped drastically. Especially with prices rising, customers deserve the correct food, proper condiments, and the reliable service that once made Wendy’s great.

Found two 4 in dark hairs in my med fries a few minutes ago, from Wendys in Titusville on Columbia. Also the Jr bacon cheese was a joke - very small, no bacon, not worth the money even as a value item

I recently delivered a DoorDash order from this location, and it took 27 minutes, yes 27 minutes, for them to hand me the order to deliver to the customer. I genuinely do not understand why it not only took so long to prepare the fries, but nothing else was prepared as well, but even more importantly, why did it take 27 minutes? This is my second worst wait time experience I've ever had as a DoorDash driver, and I did not deserve to have my time wasted with this experience.

Drive thru for my daughter who just turned 8, the young man who took our order addressed me very polite. All the young men inside were nice to us. They especially got a laugh when my daughter said she’s the boss because she’s 8. She said her food was hot.
