Ordered a combo (i think it was #8) which is a sausage egg cheese muffin combo and they gave me a plain biscuit with just sausage. Waste of money. Wasn't busy and yet they were taking forever to get the food out. No problems with the friendliness of the workers though.

So I went to wendys (tonight) with my kids and their coupons they had as a last minute decision and needless to say I would be considered a pain to deal with through the drive through. When we got to the window after ordering they needed a manager to help with the coupons and some other embarrassing stuff. But the manager. My god he's so wonderful. I wish I would have gotten his name. But he was an older gentlemen probably in his late 40s or 50s and he was so calm, helpful, genuine, and humble. My kids and I appreciate how you helped us tonight. Everyone there was so positive. My kids took notice to everything and how everyone had such friendly smiles. Food and everything was great really enjoying the new nuggets!

Food is always cold, bad service and I got a half eaten nugget in my sauced nuggets. Even if it just looks half eaten and it wasn't, it was still half a nugget. How do y'all not see that?

Rarely eat at this Wendy’s because of how bad it is. I’ve eaten here a total of 4 times in the past year with this being the closest Wendy’s and it’s such a disgrace. The third time I went they only had burgers and certain fountain drinks. The fourth time and last time we bought meals that were $34.20 and the only items decent were the nuggets. I called the next day STILL HAVING my receipt and the GM was disgustingly dismissive and told me the only way I could get a refund was if I brought the food back. He also said that everything I was saying was impossible because he was on the grill and he watches everything that everyone does so… yet he said he got to work at 7:45 and I said the receipt shows that I was there at 6:05. Customer service sucks and the food is hit or miss whether it’s actually going to be decent/worth the money or not.

Location is awkward, parking lot sucks. Food prices are steep for what it is. Better off getting a taco bell box. My fries were ok. Sandwich had a hard bun. Employees were arguing in the store. Gentle man who took my payment was ok.
