A few weeks ago, my job ordered catering from this location because one of our drivers highly recommended them. Unfortunately, while they may do well with regular service, catering is not something I believe they can handle. We spent over $400 on breakfast catering, which included ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches, bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, and beef and chicken empanadas. One of our station managers even went in person several days before the event, rather than placing the order over the phone, to make sure everything was correct.
On the day of the event, the order was ready and on time, which we appreciated. However, the quality of the food was very disappointing. The beef and chicken empanadas were mostly filled with potatoes and very little meat. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches came on large round rolls instead of the Cuban toast we expected, and the amount of ham and bacon on the sandwiches was minimal. The sandwiches were mostly just bread. This catering order was for a special event recognizing top-performing drivers at our station, so we were pretty embarrassed. We were not expecting any discounts or special treatment just a good breakfast experience. Since the order was placed several days in advance, we felt there was enough time to for them as a successful business to prepare and order the correct bread and deli meat for this large order especially since first impressions mean a lot and I would hope that they would want us to order again. Unfortunately, we will not be placing orders future orders.

Everything I tried was horrible. The bread was stale, the sandwich was dry, and the coffee tasted like dirty water. Plus, the service is snarky. I felt completely ripped off. It's not worth it at all.

Everything was bad. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was uncomfortable and the staff was rude. The food was cold, old, and tasteless. The prices are ridiculously high for how poorly served everything is. I don't think I'll ever go back.

My FAVORITE Tampa area bakery where the prices are excellent & the baked goods are divine! Only here, you can buy soft, warm Pandebono rolls for under $2 each when they are close to $4 everywhere else! There are bakery choices, freshly made sandwiches, many flavors of gelato, & coffees. I have yet to experience less than stellar food & service! There are a few small tables for sitting, but this is mainly a grab & go bakery. There's plenty of parking. STOP IN-- you won't be disappointed!

Truly authentic and delicious Colombian baked goods. The pan de bono is out of this world! People who disagree don’t have a good taste anyways lol!

As a Colombian it makes me sad that they sell these potato empanadas with disintegrated ground meat. The hardest empanadas to chew in my whole life seemed like yesterday they were fried and tasteless. With all respect and honesty I say this, the pandebonos are good, the arepa is good. .with the chorizo it fell apart when I bit into it once, the chorizo ok they don't make it but the empanadas were For my co-workers who came out rather making fun of Colombian food it really hurts the food
