Small quaint restaurant with big taste, great service and the atmosphere is top notch. Lisa and her wait crew are awesome. They made sure we were taken care of and the food was homemade and fresh. Don’t miss out on this gem in Treasure Island!

Quaint Italian restaurant! Lisa our server was outstanding. She knows her wine and made a great recommendation for us. My husband had spaghetti bolognese. Excellent and my gnocchi was delicious!

Me and my husband we on vacation and decided to try Caruso’s. Little quaint spot. The server seemed overwhelmed and did forget our bread. The food was outstanding!!! I would recommend because the service was not horrible just not great. I would try it again. Just because the food was delicious. Bread was blah
