“I have liked PDQ for years because they have a fabulous taste to their Chicken. today was the first time since Covid started that I have been able to go. I have to tell you that I was extremely sad and disappointed when I found out that the tater tots have been replaced with waffle fries just like Chick-fil-A. they have no flavor and are dry. I do not like them at all. My sandwich was delicious with the tater tots that I drove up to Sonic and bought so it would be just as good as before. why can't you have both. Love your chicken but miss the tarot tots 😭‼️“

“Today around 9:00am I had ordered a large order for pickup. While in the drive thru, my car broke down and completely stopped working. I was in a complete panic and the very kind people working here not only calmed me down, but went out of their way to push my vehicle into a safe location. “Update** A lot has changed. The line wasn't long at all, but it took FOREVER to get our food and go. The food was still good and the people were nice... just super SLOW.

The drive thru line was so very long, but it was a breeze to get through. It was my daughter's first time having Chic-fil-A and she absolutely loved it!!“

“WARNING: THIS IS A MALL CHICK FIL A AND HAS A LIMITED MENU
Used the Curbside pickup feature. Great way to avoid the large line and anxious crowd. Food and service about as usual as a full sized Chick. Fries were soggy and only partially warm, with very little salt (as usual). Hot take Chick-Fil-A fries are pretty bad usually, they can be good but usually mess up bad. Nuggets on FIRE today. Best I’ve ever had.
