The guy hawk at the bar was so nice to me and recommended the daily specials that they had the price I paid for everything was decent food didn’t take long to come very tasty overall 10/10 I will be back thank you for a great experience
We stopped into 9 north for family dinner and were blown away by how amazing the food and service was, Katie was phenomenal! Our drinks were never empty and the food came out so so good. We cannot recommend this place enough! 100/100 ✨
My daughter and I went for lunch yesterday
Nice decor, clean and inviting. Welcomed immediately, seated and server was attentive, made a few food selections.
We went with the fried green tomatoes and fried okra to start, I had the ahi tuna and she had the bougie grilled cheese.
good food, nice size portions

9 North Grill & Watering Hole is a new gem in Umatilla, a restaurant that stands apart. The space features a modern yet rustic mix, having been completely renovated while utilizing original brick. It is bright, clean, and comfortable with roomy booths and tables, plus a beautiful bar with many taps, including Guinness. The restrooms are newly and beautifully remodeled.
The menu has something for everyone, from Chicken Tenders and a bougie grilled cheese to Filet Mignon and seared Ahi Tuna. The food is first rate, delicious, and full of flavor with generous portions. Standout dishes include the amazing seafood, which is good, fresh, and flavorful whether fried or grilled, the fish and chips, the beer cheese smash burger, the fish of the day, the Creamy Cajun Pasta, and Chicken Wings that are moist and crispy. The complimentary fries are excellent quality and well seasoned.
Service is stellar and wonderful from start to finish. Do not miss dessert, especially the amazing Carrot Cake. Overall, it is a great dining experience with excellent presentation.
