There's a Drive through. The Menu is low . From our SUV we can't see the whole Menu. We had our 2 Boston Terriers & was coming back from Vet ,having their nails trimmed . We don't leave them alone in the Vehicle I went inside to get a Menu. I was told to take a picture of the Menu outside because it's easier to read & understand then the 1 on the wall inside . They were right .& that they don't have Paper menu's. It's 2024 & there's plenty of places to eat. The outside menu looks like a Kid wrote it ., with signs attached here n there . The Older people behind the counter could care less whether we ordered or left. That's as far as we got . I feel if your in Business, at least act like you want the Business. Have some menus printed up & put out a Decent (,a little more up to date sign outside) not all scribbled signs hung up . I love to see all age groups working But at least act like your interested & that you can hear & speak . It sounded like they've said , take a picture of the Menu many times . The Place gave off a bad vibe & I love even Truck Stops .

Friendly staff greets you like family. Great country prep of Basa filets and chicken gizzards - our personal favorites. Order to go and picnic at a nearby park or lakeside - or eat inside in the roomy dining area.

I have loved this place since I was a kid. My husband and I now can only go maybe once a month. The owner is awesome just love her! But I am very disappointed in now only getting one zesty sauce per meal. With a meal as big as the chicken wings or chicken tenders deserves two free zesty sauce, each time. Then asking us to pay 0.40 cents for each I can kinda understand. I will always keep going but hopefully something changes with the sauce.

Went to Fish N Chix for dinner. Ordered a Smash Buger. I asked for mayo and onion and was told it did not come with the meal and I couldn't add it and I couldn't have it on the side. I was willing to pay for the condiments on my burger and was told "that's not how they come and we can't do that". Ummm it's a buger. We always support small businesses in Umatilla but sadly this is what will also kill a small business. I went across the street to El Pastor and got my burger exactly how I wanted it, with mayo and onions.
Oh and the manager/owner was there and he is the one who said this was something that couldn't be done.
