Just tried to order 2 each two piece (breast & wing) original recipe from the KFC in Umatilla. Well they are out again of white meat again. This is the eighth time over the past 6 months that this same thing has happened to me Such a lousy excuse for a business. I finally have learned my lesson & will not go there again.

Two people literally sitting behind counter area texting on their phones on a Friday eve at 7:30. One snorting Hockers (snot)in back Gross!. I waited about 5 minutes just to place my order. Not enough chicken for a family sized order (16pieces) on a Friday night. Will be another 15-20 wait. How about get out of the chair texting, turn the disgusting rap off and clean the back area that looks trashed? Get up and help the ones who are actually working. 2 people Probably won't return.

I came in 30 or 40 minutes from closing time, ordered 2 nugget meal combos, got 1 nugget meal, and I paid for both! Food was also cold, fries were soggy and tough, will only come back for my refund

Food was typical KFC and acceptable, Service does not exist here! They do not get the orders right and then show zero professionalism in correcting their mistakes, I have never seen this level of poor service.

Was do so disappointed with our meals.The chicken pieces were so small. We were both still hungry afterwards.We had supper at 5:00pm and the pieces were so dry.Their is no excuse for this type of dried small pieces at that time of day.
Super Speedy takeout.... just pulled in and they are totally out of chicken original extra crispy and it will be 35 minutes before I can get chicken at KFC on a Wednesday....Poor or clueless

Love eating here they don’t call the cops on you like McDonald’s dose when they refused to give you BBQ that you paid for. Maybe McDonald’s should get some pointers from KFC. I am sure they aren’t wasting first responders time with something so petty.
