Went to the KFC in umatilla Florida student line with nobody in line for 10 minutes. The lady turns around tells me I'll be right with you. She starts helping everybody else out the window instead of turning around and helping me that. I've been standing there for 10 minutes. She keep on helping everybody that's coming through the window that has not been at the window for no more than 2 minutes so I walked out

I order $10.00 bucket of chicken and it seems to me it not even season herb chicken. It taste like rubber chicken

I just went to get the $10.00 Tues bucket. Went inside music was on loud. I stood at the counter for a while, then started to make a little noise thinking that they were not aware I was there. I made enough noise they knew I was there and they just ignored me. Finally I was so aggravated I said hey lady very loud. All she did was look up and then continued to ignore me. Never a we'll be with you in a minute or any acknowledgement. So I went to Fish and Chixs and bought their chicken paid double but was happy to do so. It will be a cold day in ... before I go back.
The ONLY reason I’m giving this high of a review is thanks to the gentleman whose name started with a “W”… he was on his break & stopped what he was doing to get us the sauce we were missing after being ignored at the counter by a woman in a polo…. We then watched several people also get shown the index finger, when trying to get her attention. In my opinion the young gentleman should be running this store. He showed leadership & respect when he did not have to, he was on his break… management needs to know about these circumstances. This was 7/30 around 7:30PM.

Food obviously had been sitting under a heat lamp far past the time allowed because it was dry and hard. Thighs dried out Original recipe was crispy and hard. The fried pickles were hard and chewy. The lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that she had to take our order, and every time we asked for anything she seemed even more bothered by our existence.
This used to be a good location. It has gone down hill quickly the last couple months.

My Husband placed an order. We called right after placing the online order and asked if we can please have all legs in our bucket. The guy had an attitude and said “Sir I can only do what I can do and I can only give you 4 legs”. Worst customer service of any of the locations. Couldn’t even give us napkins or silverware or straw for the drink. Just straight lazy people that only answer when you call multiple times and then won’t do anything to accommodate their customers. When you hire trashy attitude people, you give out trashy customer service! So thankful that we’re moving soon and won’t have to come to this pathetic location much longer.

The manager was awesome. I stayed there to eat my food. It was a hot day (welcome to Florida), and I could hear her telling her staff to make sure they drink some water because of the heat. She kept checking on them and making sure they were all good. It gets hot in a kitchen, and never have I heard a manager care about their people like she did that day!!
