This McDonalds is disgusting. We visited on Sept 7, the toilet in the women's bathroom was broken and smelled. Then an employee was using very stinky water to mop the dining room. I am now visiting a week later to see if they have changed. Nope. Toilet is still broken and you can smell it as soon as you walk through the door. The floors are greasy and nasty.

went to get food not even 30 minutes ago, mind you a hour before they close, and no one went to the speaker we were sitting there for 5 minutes and when we pulled around there was 2 cars sitting in the drive thru waiting for their food but had their cars turned completely off like they were waiting for a long time. not worth it at all. don’t go at night time

Very absurd how we pulled into the drive-thru an hour before close and most the lights were off, then no one attended to the speaker to take our order. So we pulled around to the windows and there were 2 cars also in the drive-thru with they’re headlights off and the car in front was talking to a worker at the 2nd window. Quite weird, confusing, absurd, and annoying.

The food itself is generally good, but the orders are always wrong in some way, even with slight mods (like adding bacon and extra sauce), the night crew is very rude, the fries are always scimped especially if its within 4 HOURS of closing. To top it off they will turn the lights off 2 hours ealry, and afterwards they will leave you at the speaker for multiple minutes without saying anything to act closed or to make you impatient and leave. Im hungry, youre open for another hour at least, Feed me please I have money

We live in Umatilla and have tried this location many times. It’s horrible, save yourself a bad experience and go ahead and drive to Eustis. The fry’s are never done, almost zero salt on nasty fry’s. Can’t get an order right to save their life. And the manager…dear lord, worthless.

Got a happy meal for my daughter with apple slices and the pack had only 2 apple slices in it
Like many others on here, I’m not very happy with the service at this McDonalds. Several times now, I’ve pulled away from the drive through and didn’t Have my entire order. I’m sure it’s hard to find good help these days, but come on!
And don’t try to call. They don’t answer.
On a positive note… the persons Working the cash register atThe drive through have been very nice.

If I could give them a zero I would ! I came thru the drive thru and they were unprofessional yelling in the back , then when I got my food everything was thrown in the bag and looked nasty!!

I’m so tired of this McDonald’s and restaurants in lake county. Big Mac no cheese. Last time it was one patty. Make sure you not just check to see if you got everything your ordered but make sure you also check if they made it right. Now I see why mount Dora McDonald’s was full and this one was empty.

It would be nice to go to a McDonald's and they actually got my order right. Considering what I paid for it and how long I had to wait to get it, you would think they could be sure to check to ensure the entire order was there. Apparently, that is not part of customer service taught at McDonald's.
