We live in Umatilla and have tried this location many times. It’s horrible, save yourself a bad experience and go ahead and drive to Eustis. The fry’s are never done, almost zero salt on nasty fry’s. Can’t get an order right to save their life. And the manager…dear lord, worthless.

Ordered inside on screen didn't take to long to get food but when I asked for my cup for drinks got a pretty poor attitude for having to get a cup. Friend got same reaction when asked for ketchup

There is a young man by the name of Hunter that was in drive thru, I swear that he is the best employee that I have had serving me and my boyfriend. He was so polite and service was beyond remarkable. Hunter, if you see this let me know. I want him serving me all the time. Great job Hunter!!!! And whoever his boss is, please give this young man more hours, so that he can succeed in McDonald's and show others the appropriate way to have customer service!!!!
