Access to the parking lot can be achieved through two different routes. The personnel were exceptionally cordial and helpful. They maintained the food's temperature using a hot box. The quality of the pizza was rather mediocre. It was a Friday evening, and the establishment was not particularly crowded.

They screwed up my order 2 weeks ago I was told I had $8.00 credit went today they said their was no credit and person was rude will never go back to Pizza Hut Umatilla they are horrible they are not even worth 1 star

We got pizza that they used old dough. I worked for pizza hut for over 15 years as a general manager and platinum training store. I know when they are using old dough. You can tell by the texture, color of the crust, and the small bubbles on the crust from where it has fermented.
