Do not eat here. Given that most of the food is seafood which is the king of food poisoning I wouldn't trust them. Ordered a fish sandwich combo. Fish was lukewarm at best and they used some type of lettuce I've never seen. Instead of green it was brown with small patches of greenish yellow. Fries were stone cold. Food safety doesnt seem to be much of a concern. Threw everything away instead of risking it.

So employee named Crystal (as it appears on the receipt) was taking people on the drive through at first she got mad at us for not being able to hear her on the speaker. So we went to the window and finished our order there. She tells us to pull to the front so we parked in front of the door so that others could keep passing by. When we check our drinks our drinks are essentially empty. We are waiting and wen she approached us she in a rude tone said ofc I would never find you and threw the food bag to the person who was driving and walked off. We threw away the food because we where scared to know if she altered it or not. Normally we get treated wonderfully but honestly what a terrible way to treat their customers.

Without a doubt, Captain D’s is comfort food done right. When I’m craving seafood, this is my go-to spot. I usually order one of their seafood feasts — fish, shrimp, clams — you name it. It always hits the spot without hitting my wallet too hard.
Compared to spending $100 at a sit-down seafood restaurant, Captain D’s gives you great flavor and variety at a fraction of the cost. The sides alone are worth mentioning — I think they offer at least eight, with a mix of classic and premium options, so there’s something for everyone.
If you're in the mood for seafood without the price tag, this is a solid choice every time.
