First the staff were great, the young lady working the counter was busting her butt, the restaurant had a smoke issue to the point the fire department showed up to remove it with fans so the atmosphere was way off but the food was good.

To the idiots that want to bring this restaurant's score down with the complaints of waiting too long for your food, you are the same Karens who would complain of the food not being fresh. If you think 10 minutes is unreasonable for HOT, FRESH, and food that is made to order, then go to McDonald's and keep it moving.

The staff was busy, it seemed that they were short staffed. This did seem to deter the service and courtesy by the staff that was present. Captain D'S is always a pleasant place to eat.
Food was good yesterday very fresh teana was very pleasant to me even with me not having a good day but she was sweet and professional so thank you your kindness goes a long way.

Teana in drive-thru is so nice, and sweet. Teana make sure I have everything in my bag too. I really like Teana. The food is so fresh. You have to wait for them to cook your foo. It's worth it though. The cook on morning shift is a good cook.
