So employee named Crystal (as it appears on the receipt) was taking people on the drive through at first she got mad at us for not being able to hear her on the speaker. So we went to the window and finished our order there. She tells us to pull to the front so we parked in front of the door so that others could keep passing by. When we check our drinks our drinks are essentially empty. We are waiting and wen she approached us she in a rude tone said ofc I would never find you and threw the food bag to the person who was driving and walked off. We threw away the food because we where scared to know if she altered it or not. Normally we get treated wonderfully but honestly what a terrible way to treat their customers.

The location on East Colonial Drive has the best customer service and the was Excellent. 👌🏾 Candice, David, and Sophia were great and I will be making the 45 minute drive to come to this location

Without a doubt, Captain D’s is comfort food done right. When I’m craving seafood, this is my go-to spot. I usually order one of their seafood feasts — fish, shrimp, clams — you name it. It always hits the spot without hitting my wallet too hard.
Compared to spending $100 at a sit-down seafood restaurant, Captain D’s gives you great flavor and variety at a fraction of the cost. The sides alone are worth mentioning — I think they offer at least eight, with a mix of classic and premium options, so there’s something for everyone.
If you're in the mood for seafood without the price tag, this is a solid choice every time.

Sofia or Sophia im sorry if i spelled your name wrong but you are a rock star manger! Thank you for continuing to be kinda when customers aren't! She has a amazing customer service work. Me and my family will probably get food from here every once in a while and the experience is always the same 🥰. They are always fresh and a clean spot. She has amazing team members always sweet. I would recommend this location always

We ordered food on line and was told it would be ready at 10:45. I arrived on time and was told my order wasn’t ready. There were no other cars at this time. I wait 32 minutes for my order. I told Felicia I had a lab hour drive and asked her to please double check the order before she brought it to me. She assures me the order was correct. We got like 49 hush puppies and NO breadsticks. I quests this isn’t a big deal to them but to us, it was very frustrating. Do better next time

Do not get to these restaurants often due to none of them close. Have loved them in past however not sure now. Not people issue. The product. Fish is now thin strips and batter seems to have changed. I hope the Corp sees their errors. Get the potion size and quality back!!! Staff and restaurant were fine other than a bit slow
