I went in to get milk tea boba and they didn’t have options for different milks (most places now let u choose from cows milk, oat milk, almond milk etc)They said the only option is non-dairy creamer. They use the Nestle one. When I read the ingredients in this product… I was totally grossed out.Glucose syrup, palm oil, acidity regulator, milk protein, emulsifier, Color, sucrose, anti caking agent…. All in the place of just milk! It’s probably a way to save costs for them. But considering the price and comparing to other bubble tea cafés, they should offer better quality fresh milks.

Tonkotsu ramen was good. Broth could have been more savory. Also had pork dumplings and shrimp tempura. Dumplings were good. Tempura dipping sauce could have been better with more dashi and less soy sauce. Service was good. Passable and not over the top.

Someone left a review saying the ramen gave them bad diarrhea.... They weren't lying, literally 10 minutes after i ate it i had to pull over and shit at a near-by restaurant. & then had the shits for the rest of the day. Also i hate when restaurants serve shrimp, and don't clean it. The service was nice though.

This isn't it. Tried 2 dishes. Tonkotsu Ramen - pork was raw and no flavor to broth. Noodles texture was way off Chicken katsu curry with white Rice - curry sauce was watered down, barely any carrots, no potatoes either Service was ok. Ambiance was inviting but my main goal was food as I was starving. Sorry guys - no hard feelings.

As mentioned on my previous review, I came back to try some ramen today. Every place deserves a second chance and fair review. Whenever I come across new ramen place, I usually try shio (clear broth) or shoyu (clear broth plus soy sauce). My belief is that it is easier to judge ramen place if ramen is simple, and not have all sorts of things added to mask the lack of umami or deep flavor or base. I judge ramen by the broth, noodles, and the toppings. All three should be well balanced. So, I tried shoyu ramen. I was reasonably impressed that it has good enough base broth, and the yellow curly ramen noodles were cooked properly. Not a "wow" but a B grade. The toppings were not too skimpy or too much. The soft boiled ajitama (egg) was on par. Could use a little more flavor but the soft yolk center was perfect. I actually prefer this shoyu ramen here than the one at Fushi Poke in downtown Sarasota. My shoyu ramen came with chashu (pork roast), naruto (pink and white fish cake, menma (pickled bambooshoots), seaweed, ajitama (egg), greens and scallions. I still think that the value is not there. Why all ramens everywhere cost close to $20? I know inflation has something to do with it, but I still think of ramen as an affordable Japanese fast food. I feel like ramen in the US is more of a novelty and priced as such. If you go to Japan today, I bet you can find a great bowl of ramen for an equivalent of $10 and still be full. In conclusion, my faith in this place is restored. At least I am willing to come back for this shoyu ramen, but not for the awful curry.

I was very excited to try some Ramen... Ja Ramen. But, to my surprise, I was very disappointed. The broth... the most important asset to a good Ramen, was absolutely bland.... water with a hint of soy, broth and ginger. Virtually no flavor...dense noodles.... A great 1st impression is vital at a Ramen restaraunt. I can honestly say... due to my first impression... i would not try their Ramen again.

If yall want EXPLOSIVE, and I mean VIOLENT diarrhea-- search no further. You feelin backed up sis? Stool softener and miralax not working? Get the Shoyu ramen with pork belly. They don't cook it, so you'll have to literally remove it and throw that bad boy in the air fryer on 400 degrees for like 5 minutes, but then you'll be in flavor town. Listen, I'm not gonna lie. I definitely order this repeatedly on DoorDash. Do I nearly crap myself every time and have to make a sprint like Usain Bolt to the toilet like my life depends on it? Absolutely. Is it worth it every time? 100% I will say as a chronically constipated girly, every time I eat this ramen I go through a VERY thorough colon cleanse. Because who needs miralax or a suppository when you can stop by JA Ramen & Curry.

I never write reviews but i was actually disappointed as i was looking forward for a long time to order from here. Door dashed the food was mid if being honest. Tried korean hotdog for the first time, was disappointed they all have the same flavor, The hot cheeto wasn't spicy, both are greasy and have no flavor, tasted strongly like fish, and tasted sweet for some reason, formed well but would have been so good if there was any flavor. The hotdogs needed hot sauce. I will say that the Boba carried the meal. i do want to try the curry and ramen looks good hopefully has flavor.

You also have a variety of toppings to choose from, like jelly, flan, pudding and lotus seeds. I really like lotus seed topping, because it enhances the flavor of milk tea and is also beneficial for health.

Your milk tea shop is great. I like the way you make different types of milk tea, from traditional milk tea to chocolate milk tea, strawberry milk tea, and matcha milk tea. Each cup of milk tea has a special and delicious flavor.
