Fantastic experience for my first visit to Guaco Taco. I initially entered and was hesitant to order since I wasn't very hungry. When I said I'd come back another time the restaurant offered to buy my lunch! An unexpected delight and a considerate gesture. They were not aware of my popular status as a Google reviewer when offering to buy my lunch.
The food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the chicken quesadilla which was filling and flavorful. The guacamole was fantastic as was the mild and verde salsa.
Be sure to try their spicy sauce if your a fan of heat it wasn't the hottest but had wonderful flavor.

Tried this place out for lunch today based on the 5-Star reviews. I’m sorry, but I’ve never felt so lied to in my life. Perhaps we caught them on a REALLY bad day? Ordering was slow. Food started to come out fast but then got held up. Orders were being served to the wrong people. Our table of four received our orders spread out over 20-25 minutes.
The food was not great. I had the chicken street taco plate. The rice was dried out. The chicken seemed like Costco rotisserie chicken with no seasoning. They piled on the meat and toppings 👍🏻 for the tacos on the tiny corn tortillas 👎🏻. The tortilla chips were stale. They only provided about a tablespoon of salsa. I typically don’t eat pinto beans, but these were probably the best part of the meal for me. Just under $20…not worth it.
I would not recommend this place.

I absolutely recommend trying a sample of the Tortilla soup. It’s my go to comfort soup in the local area. The soup lifts my spirits with the first slurp, deeelicious. Best tortilla soup I have had ever and also am a huge patron of the nachos. Thank you Chef Manuel.

Highly recommend this place!! I'd give 10 stars of I could. The meat is legit, grilled & fresh & flavorful, and portions are generous even on the street tacos. Guac and salsa both fantastic, super fresh. I have high standards for street tacos and this is one of the best I've ever come across. Warning, not open for lunch on Saturdays.

I have been waiting for really good Mexican Food and I am so thrilled that I found Guaco Taco! I’m from Texas so I’m a little bit of a food snob when it comes to Mexican food. I honestly can’t believe I found a place this close to my home that serves top notch food in this lil town!!!! I’m literally hooked now 😁 If you haven’t tried it, I suggest you do. You won’t be disappointed!!!!! Definitely Worrh It!!!!!!
