Andy's Frozen Custard

I got a small pineapple with cherries sundae. The custard was good but the pineapples were not fresh and tasted rancid. Taste your purchase before you leave. The staff was friendly.

I love Andy’s! And would give them a 5-star review if it wasn’t for all the times I have ordered a vanilla concrete with double (sometimes triple) sprinkles only to be handed an ice-cream with very little sprinkles. I’m not going to stop coming here, but I suspect that sometimes they don’t fully read the order before preparing the ice-cream. The last time I went I had to ask if they actually offer extra sprinkles because the times I have requested it to be added, they aren’t. And the young man taking my order assured me they did. And I will say, that I was handed a concrete with extra sprinkles that night lol. They just gotta work on their consistency and attentiveness. But either way, their frozen custard is delicious!

I am usually a really big fan of Andy’s. The staff is always nice and the experience there is always great. However on Monday, I experienced a severe allergic reaction that led me to being admitted into the hospital due to not being able to breathe. I have never experienced this before until I had the new “ lemon bar mixer.” I am not sure if there was some sort of cross contamination with the spoons that are used to scoop the ice cream. But the experience that I had with the allergic reaction was something extremely scary and life threatening. I had never experienced that before. I am only telling my story just to bring awareness that whatever spoon/scoop is used for a certain ice cream should be used for that one and that one only.

The custard is always rich, creamy, and perfectly indulgent. I’m obsessed with the Ooey Gooey it’s sweet, messy magic in a cup! Friendly staff and quick service make it even better. A must-try treat! 🍨❤️

I made my own brownie Sunday with cheesecake pieces and peanut butter drizzle. The combination was out of this world. So yummy, I definitely recommend.

Great customer service. My 5year old dropped her ice cream and they made a new one free of charge. Best experience at any custard shop experience ever. 5 out of 5 experience would go back again for sure.
