Andy’s Frozen Custard on Bloomingdale Ave is hands down one of the best dessert spots in Florida. The custard is always rich, creamy, and made fresh, and the toppings are loaded just the way they should be. Everything tastes high quality and you can tell they really care about what they serve.

What truly makes this location stand out, though, is the amazing customer service — especially from Patrick. He’s friendly, patient, and always has a great attitude. He makes sure every order is perfect and makes the whole experience even better. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work.

If you’re craving top-tier frozen custard with even better service, this is the place to go. Shoutout to Patrick for making every visit awesome!

Just stopped by to get a cone Thursday 12/4/25 3:30 pm and no one answered the drive thru. Got out to go in (no front door apparently) and one worker sitting in a chair and didn’t look up or acknowledge me looking in the window! Very disappointing!

Andy's one of my favorite places to get a nice frozen treat from a hard working day. My husband and I love to try the seasonal flavors they serve. Sometimes we get them in pints. I love that at can get our favorite flavors in that size. The employees are always polite, helpful, and pleasant to talk to.

Drove twenty minutes to arrive there ten minutes before 11 just to be told that they were closed up if I wanted a pint or something, they could do that. Considering they were open until midnight a week ago I think it's pretty rude to not serve someone.If you are open until eleven.

Best custard/ice cream in Valrico.

I took my kids on a little adventure and decided to stop here. Worst choice of the evening! They wouldn’t let me order a pint of butter pecan said I had to get a concrete however, the pint is on their menu. They didn’t have pumpkin custard for a quart, so they did a large concrete even though I asked if it would be put in a quart container for freezing… it came in a plastic cup. All the custard was super runny and was not good. We ended up throwing away $35.

I order the key lime pie blizzard, first time ordering it was good.
