We’ve dined at this location twice. My husband has a wheat allergy. We inquired about the cauliflower pizza and which toppings were gluten free. Staff is not knowledgeable about their ingredients; even when she went and asked the kitchen staff/manager. Her response when she returned to the table was to go to the web site and figure it out. The first time we visited he was given a salad with croutons. If you’re looking for a place with friendly, knowledgeable staff, this is not the place for you.

My family and friends love your restaurant but we had a long day and we went to the brandon location there was 5 in my party and we walked in and the waitresses yelling from the kitchen not me not me made it seem like they didn't want us to even be.there my husband was tired said maybe they are just having a bad day and well we stayed and ate the food was good and service was crap the lady that did wait on us kept disappearing and I never got ranch like I had asked or refill on couple the drinks I knew I should have walked out when they were so rude when we walked in maybe train your waitress with not to yell at customers and to do what there job entails would help your brandon location! We dined Sunday Jan 5 2024 I posted when this happend but I messed up and posted it the kings location when it was the.valrico highway 60 location , months ago I had a ruff experience with the waitress to busy flirting with another table and now the waitress are all yelling not me like they don't like their jobs or need some training I mean we had party of 5 ,3 teens and 2 adults very simple orders and the waitress was very absorbed in talking to other waitress instead of making sure we had or condiments that we asked multiple times for or even refills our bill was under 90$ paid cash and even with multiple misses I still left 20$ tip I know waiting on people can be ruff but we latterly where simple and easy table your staff needs some common curiosity and not rude and all about flirting people do go out to eat as a family and would like to be shown respect and not like they don't wanna deal with us they don't like their job maybe things need to change my family and friends do frequent multiple location your foods good and not over priced just wish something would be changed with hwy 60 location!!!!! maybe have them train with kings or even your seffner location the waitress there are amazing !!!!!

This was our first time at this location, we frequent other Beef’s in the area. We were a party of 4, seating was prompt. Food was tasty. Service was BAD. We should have known when the server returned to our table with our beverages. We were at a table for 6 and she choose to stand on the end we were not sitting at, and she asked us to pass the drinks down. There was no reason why she could not stand on the other end of the table. When placing the unsweet tea down she said “I’m not sure what this is, I don’t remember if I poured sweet or unsweet. I like zoned out.” One of the people in our group asked for bleu cheese to come out with their sandwich to which she replied “Remind me.” He asked her to clarify and she said when the food comes out to remind her. This is where we wondered why she would not write it down or put it in the computer so we have it when the food is served. Food was served and the bleu cheese was not on the plate. We did not have silverware and we were missing mac and cheese that should have been on a burger. The server left to get the mac and cheese and silverware, dropped that off with us and then made another trip for bleu cheese. We needed to flag her down for our checks and we asked for separate checks, when she brought them out she separated them incorrectly. We worked that out between each party. When returning the checks to the table she stood on the side of the table with the empty chairs and next to the members in the party who DID NOT hand her their cards to pay and then asked “Who’s card is who’s?” The rating of two stars is because of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Our server needs to learn what service really is — putting in more effort and showing more attentiveness when doing her job.

I love this Beefs! The food is a combination of Midwest and Southern comfort food! No matter what you order, be prepared to be fully satisfied. The servers/ bartenders understand what fabulous customer service is and it shows Everytime I go! I'm their biggest fan!

We had dinner at your location last night and had the best service from Kat, the server. She was so friendly and attentive. We also are very impressed with your manager, Nick. The place was packed so naturally the kitchen was quite busy and he took the time to come let us know we were not forgotten about. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
