I'm giving five stars because it's clean, fast, and the burgers are made very neatly. The staff was very polite and helped me figure out how to use the coupon. When we received our order, the burgers were assembled neatly, the french fries were cooked in fresh oil, and everything tasted delicious! I highly recommend this address!

don’t really go outside food is amazing I usually get whopper half onion rings and fries and a sm drink the spongebob burger is better than the grinch meal burger fries I think mcdonalds cause the pickle but food wise I’m genral mcds I’m the meals its bk you rule

Well outside of watching Everybody use dirty hands on dirty rags while they handle the food in eating also while handling the food. And I watched one of the ladies coughing all over the place without covering up I should have taken off immediately the food itself was complete garbage I ordered two chicken sandwiches and some french fries though my sandwiches were well prepared they tasted like old burned grease and then when I got to my box of french fries I really really felt the disappointment check out this photo. I would go to a different Burger King like the one at MLK near Williams Road in Seffner Florida they really got their act together.

Disappointed, I try not to eat fast food anymore but nostalgia for a Whopper gets the better of me from time to time. It won’t happen again. The service was friendly but slow. The food was putrid at best, the fries were hot but you could taste how dirty the oil was. The Whopper was simply not good, mushy consistency with a stale bun and dry. I found it disappointing. It was $15.00 which doesn’t buy much anymore, but it still felt like a lot for garbage.

Good quality and service. Clean restaurant. Last couple times I've been there, the burger was fresh and juicy with crispy bacon and vegetables were on point. One of the best burger king's I've been to.
Recent Edit: Quality has gone down. It's hard to find good workers.
Just got a take out otder from them and it was cold. Not only that i asked for a whopper with cheese. They charged me for it but NO cheese in my whopper. The people that work look like that is the last place they want to be.

This Burger King, serves many people stopping for dinner after a long workday. The expectation is simple: professional and kind service. My experience on October 29, 2025 failed to meet this basic standard.
The receipt lists the transaction under the name Alexis(unsure if this is her name).
I visited the drive-thru, placed my order, and presented a mail-in coupon at the payment window. The employee involved, a Caucasian woman with a larger build and a nose piercing, immediately showed severe signs of irritability and hostility simply because I had not mentioned the coupon at the drive thru machine.
She responded with an aggressive sigh, visibly rolled her eyes, and openly complained about the inconvenience. Her attitude was completely demeaning, and she then rudely instructed me on how to order next time.
This employee's conduct and open disdain for a paying customer using a simple coupon are utterly unprofessional. Management needs to address the conduct of this employee immediately.
