Pretty crappy experience, the drive thru staff took at least 5 minutes take our order. We had to repeat our orders, because she conveniently couldn’t hear us. My GF gives the order taker my name, Jeremy. The order name on the tag was Judy BB. I have an idea what BB means. But I rather not assume things. This place sucks.

I ordered a frosted coffee with cookie crumbles and got a frosted LEMONADE with cookie crumbles. Talk about a shock! I almost threw up! DoorDash wouldn’t even give me a full refund. Probably won’t go to this location ever again.

Please check orders that have allergy substitutions. Literally, I pay for the gluten free bun and it’s never included. I’ve called several times and it never gets fixed. It’s almost comical at this point.

there was a time that i would have said this location was the gold standard of fast food. its strayed so far from that path now. employees want to argue with you, the orders now come out incorrectly, i recieved a bun with mold on it and now for some reason the chicken has gotten way smaller, they now go the mcdonalds route and have everyone park in front of the store creating an impossible traffic jam. the change is evident, the drive thru line used to go out the block and around the corner, now thats almost never the case. what is very odd is that with less cutomers they take an even longer time and its not the efficient machine that built the reputation it used to have. what a shame.

What a pleasure to deal with personable and polite employees. Food is great! Not sure what changes have been made but the drive thru line is taking longer to get through and finding our orders not being correct on a couple of our last few visits.
The chic fil a on HWY 60 yesterday was awesome! They let my great granddaughters & grand niece make their own ice cream cones. Fabulous people at that location!

Pretty good place yo bring kids to play and eat. Sadly, the last time we were here a few "kids" who looked like Chicago Bear Linebackers totally controlled the play area. That said, we've been here three times and this only happened once. All else very good.

Waited in line for over 25 mins because I guess the person in my lane was having a problem with her cash. Instead of having her move to the side, they proceeded to help out the right lane and me and another truck were stuck and couldn’t even get out. If there was a way out of the drive thru, I would have left so I could be on time for work. But we were literally trapped. So aggravating.
Worst service and they don't greet anyone.
