I will never go to this location ever again. The staff is rude and the leadership is clueless. This location makes up so many lies as their policies. You can go to any other location and can receive a side of pickles or extra sauce or even a ice cream cone flipped in a big enough cup where the cone doesn’t flip over but this location they make it seem they are not there to please their customers just only charge them for high food. Avoid this location go to the location on causeway or highway 60 THIS IS THE WORST CHICK FILA I EVER BEEN TO AND IMA MAKE SURE I POST ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE ALSO ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND REPORT THIS STORE TO CORPORATE

The all of the staff is wonderful. From the lady who takes the order to the lady who cleans the tables. I left my bag pack with cash in it and they returned it with everything in it. They are not only honest but kind and excellent at costumer servixe

I was at the Bloomingdale location near Lithia Pinecrest in Valrico yesterday. I stopped in for breakfast and bought a 4 piece breakfast meal with a small sweet tea. Later in the day I found that they charged me $24.23 incorrectly. I called the location and reported the error. I have spoken to 3 different managers and no one has been able to resolve this. Pay attention to your total before providing your card. They offered no refund or any other means of correcting their mistake. Buyer Beware!

Went to the drive thru to get 2 orders of 50 count chicken nuggies, was told that they only do 30 count and was then told that there was a 64 count order, so I did that…
20 mins later at the the window I was told, “that this is a catering order only and that I would have to go inside to claim it…”
So you can do 2 orders of 30 count (which equals 60) perfectly fine but 4 nuggies more is a problem?!
What a joke, over priced salty garbage chicken, will NOT be returning to any franchise ever again…
They pick and choose who to enforce playground rules for…. We won’t be back to this location. Not sure how the food is, we left without eating.

Great chicken burgers fries and shake. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kids enjoyed the play structure while waiting for food to be freshly made.
