Connie is so amazing always making sure the tables are nice and clean ALWAYS making sure my drink is nice a full she always has the biggest smile when I come in! Thank you for all you do !! Connie needs a RAISE!!!!

I’ve always gotten go good food from the Valrico Location but today I ordered 2 Grilled Chicken Sandwiches #7 and the bread was very stale. We were both very surprised and unhappy. Please check your bread for freshness.
The people here are great. I love the frozen lemonade. My entire family loves Chick. I like their spicy sandwiches. I just wish they didn't over salt their chicken. The entire chain does it so I guess it is in their breading. Over salt the fries please and less the chicken!

I stopped by today to get dinner for my family and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered five deluxe sandwiches, but received regular sandwiches instead, and one sandwich was completely missing. I had to drive all the way back to get the missing item. When I explained the situation, I was only given one replacement sandwich without cheese, which still wasn’t what I originally ordered.
This level of carelessness and unprofessional service is very disappointing, especially from a place known for customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their attention to detail moving forward.

I came in on Aug 4 @ 7:45PM for a Milk Shake. The first time was in the drive through. My milk shake was basically a chocolate milk more than a milkshake. I immediately went in to complain and exchange my milkshake thinking that maybe it sat in the drive-through window too long that’s why it was completely liquified. This time it was slightly better but still NOT Chick-fil-A quality I expect. I took it home and put in freezer for 30 mins. What pisses me off is management attitude of “there’s nothing wrong”… Yes, yes there is something wrong… don’t serve customers crap product!

If your a parent don't even come here. The make all the parents physically be in the play area. There are only 4 seats. If they are gonna make such idiotic rule you would think they have enough space to house the kids and parents.
