Server was great, and grandchildren loved their food. I ordered a burger and asked for fries without salt. Fries came out gross, undercooked and sitting in a pool of oil.

Had Veterans Day lunch at Chilis in Valrico, FL and I just had to express my sincere appreciation for their service and support to veterans. Chris was our server and he couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. Free entree menu for veterans had options from which to choose and portions were generous. Food was excellent and presentation was high quality! Service was quick and Chris very attentive, despite the restaurant being near capacity. I noticed the Manager was fully engaged and performing various tasks throughout the restaurant to assist her team, which is commendable (leadership by example). I also noticed that each time a customer departed a booth, a server would completely and thoroughly spray and wipe the table and seats clean for the next customer. My wife and I departed very grateful to Chili’s for honoring veterans, to include their posting of the Missing Veteran table they set up to honor those that did not return. Great job and again, thank you for the sincerity put forth by the entire staff, led by the Manager.

Not sure why they cannot find a good bartender in this place. All they wanna do is stand over and talk or be nonexistent. Several times the servers have had to come get the bartender from a booth as well as us flag her down. She definitely would not make it at her busier bar/restaurant situation. This restaurant continues to struggle finding good bar staff

The waiter was really good. The price was not worth it. And afterwards I felt nauseous not thinking it was this until a few hours later when I ate the leftovers I brought home, I felt nauseous again.

What what!!!!
Today I went to this place for lunch with a person who had 1 hour to eat, the place had very few customers, there were only approximately 15 of us, we ordered and we started with the food of the person who accompanied me, the rice was RAW!! To locate the waitress we literally waited 20 to tell her that the rice was this way, I ordered a small potato soup and the soup never appeared!! It was terrible even paying was a problem 👿 in the end it is not recommended

Oh, the restaurant did have employees, what did they do? Or where were they? I don't know !
