I have been going to this place for a while now.And every single time it's trash. The service is terrible. They treat the cook horribly. Everytime I come here they have a young white boy up front that agitates the cook. And the staff antagize the cook as well. Whoever the manager is should be fired. This has to be one of the worst locations in Florida. I'll never eat here again.

I recently ordered a kid's meal from Chipotle, a cheese quesadilla with brown rice and black beans. It was specifically for my 11-month-old baby. I was shocked to find that the black beans were extremely spicy and had a strong salsa-like smell. I didn’t realize how spicy they were until my baby started crying after eating them. It was heartbreaking, and I felt awful for not catching it sooner. This was a kid’s meal, so I trusted that it would be made with children in mind! Mild, simple, and safe for young eaters. There was no warning about spice, and it’s unacceptable that something intended for a kid would be prepared that way. Chipotle really needs to clearly mark when items are spicy, especially in kid's meals that are intended for children. I’m very upset by this experience.

Yesterday I ordered a burrito to be picked up at 545pm. I was there about a minute or two early. I waited by the pickup windows for at least 5 min. Finally a person at the counter noticed me and asked if I was picking up. I told him yes, and right away he brought out a bag with my order in it. I live a mile from the restaurant. When I got home the burrito wasn't hot, it wasn't even luke warm. I'm thinking it was prepared 15 to 20 minutes before I got there. I'm done with this place. This is the 2nd time on a row I've been stung.

I had not been to Chipotle in quite some time as I had lost confidence in their portions and pricing. I was pleasantly surprised that this visit was much better than others in the past. I would not recommend the carnitas, however, and was not given insight into what the sauces available were as the staff was anxious to get my order done quickly. Overall, the quality was decent, and the service was quick, but I would have preferred a better guide toward picking what I would like as I don't often eat there.

Ordered a bowl added guacamole and a side of chips and queso. The guacamole was not mashed all the way and the huge chunk of avocado wasn’t even ready cause I thought whatever I’ll just eat it but it was super hard and the chips were stale and they never threw my tortilla in the bag. Worst location ever

They are soo stingy with they’re portions and when you ask for extra mind you you’re Paying more they don’t give it to you at all and this has happened on more than one occasion. Plus the customer service is sometimes not the best, they have horrible attitudes. Although one girl there was absolutely sweet and I appreciate her for making my order.

I love chipotle, I get it almost every day on break or after gym. Today I went with my boyfriend to get a bowl and got skimped. This has only happened a few times, but I ultimately left, because I asked for just rice, meat, vegetables, and queso. I watched the lady purposely drip all the sauce off my old meat and barely give me a full scoop then drizzle half a portion of queso on my 14$ bowl!! I was like naw I’m leaving. Again I love chipotle and normally the food is fresh, but today everything sucked. Again the regular people at this store normally provide top tier service, but today it was screwed.

What’s the point of the chipotle lane if I have to sit there for 10 minutes at the window without a single person acknowledging I was there when I made eye contact with multiple employees that completely ignored me. Oh and then I finally got it and took a bite only to chew on the peel of the guacamole in my bite. What happened to this location? Used to be much better
