Came here on Saturday January 10th and Aidan was nothing but the best. He was attentive, hardworking, and very hospitable. It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back to this location.

A customer was allowed inside the restaurant with a dog hovering near the food preparation area. I immediately brought this to the manager’s attention, as pets are not permitted in food establishments due to health and safety regulations. The manager refused to address the issue and showed complete indifference to the concern. This raises serious questions about how often pets are allowed inside this location and whether any health protocols are being followed.

When I attempted to escalate the issue, the manager was openly rude, refused to provide her name, refused to give any regional or corporate contact information, and hung up on me. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in a management position.

My mother ordered us chipotle for lunch and noticed as she was driving home that the chips that we ordered were not in the bag. She turned around and explained it to the person assisting her the first time. He accused my mom of lying and made her give the bag back that had other food in it. My mom was embarrassed to be accused of lying over a 5 dollar bag of chips. Absolutely terrible service

I was there and the lady said she was the new GM she was rude to me and another elderly person when I called her out for the BS BEHAVIOR she said I'm the new GM and that's how it is I've been going there since you opened and if this is how to your management treats customers I'll NEVER be back 12/20/2025 3pm

Food was good, service was mediocre....but this location needs a manager that expresses the need for cleaniness‼️
The trash was overflowing all tables were dirty and the food prep area was an absolute mess‼️

I frequent this chipotle since moving into the area. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at any chipotle. While I was waiting in line the person starting the orders was cursing to one of the cooks… there were children in line. Then I ordered my food to go and got home to eat. I am not sure how to adequately explain how dry the steak was tonight. Hard as a rock, not edible, literally terrible. This was also a kids meal, this steak was a choking hazard to any child. A very disappointing experience as a whole.

Out of convenience I’ve had drive thru from this location a few times and order via the app. When this location first opened it was exactly what I expected -good food, good portions, fast service. Not anymore!

A few weeks ago I went to pick up my order. Guy at window asked for the name on the order. I said “Mike”. He looks at the orders he has and says I don’t have anything for a Mike. He asks if it’s under a different name so I try my name -nope. So I call my husband to make sure I’m at the right location and of course I am. I tell window guy the order# and what we ordered. After a few more rounds of verifying w my husband and asking window guy to check again I finally say the magic word “Michael” instead of Mike. What a surprise! Our order was there all that time (getting cold) but window guy couldn’t figure out that Mike and Michael were the same. Seriously? How inept can one guy be? I feel bad when Jenny doesn’t say Jennifer or Bill doesn’t say William.

Yesterday we tried again. Both our orders were ice cold. It was as if they put them in a blast chiller after preparing the order. I actually put mine in our microwave to heat. Also who’s teaching these employees how to roll a burrito? It should be rolled up so you get a little of everything in one bite. Mine was rolled in layers where I only got 1 ingredient at time.

I’m sure I’ll be dumb enough to return (for the convenience) but when possible I’ll be getting my Chipotle at a different location.

I traveled all the way here to find out they ran “out” of white rice. And to wait for white rice is 30 mins. This being Chipotle, you would assume they have rice since it’s one of the most consumed items. So disappointed

This chipotle has the worst management and staff of any I have been to. Multiple times I have ordered online to pick up in the drive thru and they have not been able to complete the order or have it ready within 30 minutes of the pickup time. The staff are rude when you question why it’s taking so long and have an attitude of it’s not my problem. Avoid this chipotle at all costs or you are likely to not get your food.

When you have to get a refund they tell you to use a boy in the app that you can’t find and doesn’t work. Last time I had to get refunded because they couldn’t/wouldn’t complete my order it took over and hour calling chipotles support line to cancel and get my money back.

I am reporting a fraudulent charge I paid and only recieved 1/8 of my order you will not answer my phone call or rectify the situation. You should be ashamed of your customer service
And to the batch that answer and hung up on me that's why you're broke and you stink

Current time is 6:10 p.m. Two customers waiting, six employees standing around. After the chat fest they finally decide to wait on us. Everything on the line is old and dried out. I ask for fresh. I’m told the dinner rush is over. It’s almost closing time. They want to use up the old stuff before opening new food especially since it’s close to closing. (Which is 9 in 3 more hours.) When business falls off, this is why.

I have never been to such a nasty looking chipotle! First off, there was only three guys running the place and it also has a drive-through. The service itself was fine. The employees were upbeat and friendly. However, the entire restaurant was disgustingly dirty food everywhere garbage everywhere the soda station there was water on the floor, ice overflowing in the machine. It was a complete mess. Of course I don't blame the staff. I do know that it is the upper management or whomever is doing the schedule. How could you schedule only three people on a busy Sunday afternoon if it weren't for my kids who were set on getting chipotle today I would've walked right out. The store manager needs to do better! I'm only giving two stars because my service was good.
